Tejasvi and Tej Pratap get bail in the Land-for-Job case.

Reporter: Wakeel Ahmad, Patna (Bihar): Tejasvi Yadav, along with eight others accused in land -for -job case, was granted bail  on October 7, 2024 at the Rouse Avenue Court,New Delhi. 

Former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav  including his two sons Tejasvi–Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav were granted bail in money laundering .

When Lalu Prasad Yadav became  the railway minister in the UPA -I. It is alleged that lots of people were appointed to Group D positions in various zones when Lalu Prasad was the railway minister for which lands were transferred to the family in between 2004 to 2009.

Special Judge Vishal Gogne of the Rouse Avenue Court granted bail to the accused on bonds of ₹1 lakh each and noted that they were not arrested during the investigation of the case. The bail was hailed by Tejasvi  Yadav ,saying that his and his family victory was certain .He ,however, blamed BJP for hatching a conspiracy against his family. Tejasvi  further said that BJP is hell bent on targeting and RJD leader  Lalu Prasad yadav and his family. 

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) while investigating the case in 2022 ,it alleged that the appointment of group D post was made in different zones of the According to the CBI, no advertisements or any public notice had been issued for the appointment of substitutes, yet the candidates in question were inducted in different zonal railways located in Mumbai, Jabalpur, Kolkata, Jaipur and Hajipur. Their applications and documents were collected through some persons and In October 2022, the CBI had filed the first charge sheet in the case. 

The Enforcement Directorate is conducting a money-laundering probe on the basis of the agency's  case. Earlier, the ED had alleged to have detected “proceeds of crime” worth ₹600 crore for processing.

खरसावां के शहरी क्षेत्र तलसाही में सेवा संघ समिति की और से धुमधाम से मां दुर्गा को पुजा की जाती है। यहां मां दुर्गा की प्रतिमा निर्माण का कार्य जीरी से चल रहा है मंदिर के सामने आकर्षक पंडाल का निर्माण किया गया है। यहां पहली बार 1987 में मां दुर्गा की पूजा शुरू हुई थी इसके बाद से हर वर्ष यहां मां दुर्गा पूजा श्रद्धा व उल्लास से होती आ रही है।

 यहां मां दुर्गा की पूजा तांत्रिक विधि से होती है मां दुर्गा का यह मंदिर क्षेत्र के लोगों के लिए शक्तिपीठ के समान है यहां पहली बार मां दुर्गा की पूजा में सभी धार्मिक रस्म निभायी जाती है पूजा के दौरान सप्तमी अष्टमी नवमी के साथ संधि पूजा में भी बलिदान होता है साथ ही चंडी पाठ हीता है। माता की पीठ पर भक्तों की काफी आस्था है। खरसावां के तलसाही में 9 अक्टूबर को बेल्याधिवास,कर मां दुर्गा का आह्वान किया जाएगा। इसके बाद 10 अक्टूबर को सप्तमी पूजा के पूर्व ही मां दुर्गा की प्रतिमा का पट खीला जायेगी, 11 अक्टूबर को अष्टमी 12 अक्टूबर को नवंमी व 13 अक्टूबर को विजयदशमी की पूजा होगी। इसी दिन देर शाम को प्रतिमा विसर्जन भी होगा। विजयदशमी पर शाम को खरसावां हाई स्कूल के पास रावण दहन ही होगा।

"Grand Durga Puja Celebrations in Talsahi, Kharsawan: Rituals and Ravan Dahan to Mark the Festivities"

In the urban area of Talsahi, Kharsawan, Maa Durga is worshipped with great enthusiasm by the Seva Sangh Committee. The construction of Maa Durga's idol is in full swing, and an attractive pavilion has been built in front of the temple. The worship of Maa Durga began here for the first time in 1987, and since then, every year, the Durga Puja is celebrated with devotion and joy.

Here, Maa Durga is worshipped according to Tantric rituals, and the temple is regarded as a Shakti Peeth (powerful shrine) by the local people. All religious rituals are performed for the first time during the worship of Maa Durga. During the puja, offerings are made on Saptami, Ashtami, Navami, and Sandhi Puja, and Chandi Path (recitation) is also conducted. Devotees have deep faith in the goddess's shrine. 

On 9th October in Talsahi, Kharsawan, the ritual of Beladhivas will be performed, and Maa Durga will be invoked. Following this, on 10th October, before the Saptami Puja, the veil over Maa Durga's idol will be unveiled. The Ashtami Puja will take place on 11th October, Navami on 12th October, and Vijaya Dashami Puja on 13th October. On the same day, in the evening, the idol immersion will also be carried out. On Vijaya Dashami, Ravan Dahan (the burning of Ravan's effigy) will take place near Kharsawan High School in the evening.
