समाहरणालय सभागार में जिला दण्डाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार जिला दूरसंचार समिति की बैठक आयोजित हुई। उप विकास आयुक्त श्री अनिकेत सचान की अध्यक्षता में आहूत बैठक में समन्वयक पदाधिकारी द्वारा कुल 24 मामले विचार हेतु प्रस्तुत किए गए । समिति द्वारा सर्वसम्मति से विचार के उपरांत एक अनापति को स्वीकृत किया गया तथा बिहार / झारखंड सरकार की भूमि पर बिना पूर्व अनुमति के मोबाइल टावर अधिष्ठापन का आवेदन किए जाने के कारण कुल आठ आवेदन को रद्द करने का निर्णय लिया गया । साथ ही पांच मामलों में संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी से जांच रिपोर्ट मांगे जाने का निर्णय लिया गया । शेष 10 आवेदनों में त्रुटि पाए जाने के कारण संबंधित सेवा प्रदायी कंपनी को त्रुटि निराकरण हेतु आवेदन को वापस करने का निर्णय लिया गया ।

बैठक में जिला योजना पदाधिकारी श्री मृत्युंजय कुमार, सिविल सर्जन, बीएसएनल एवं अन्य सेवा प्रदायी दूरसंचार कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधि, विभिन्न अंचल कार्यालय के प्रतिनिधि तथा नगर निगम के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे l

Due to errors found in the remaining 10 applications, it was decided to return the application to the concerned service provider company for rectification of errors. District Planning Officer Mr. Mrityunjay Kumar, Civil Surgeon, representatives of BSNL and other service providing telecom companies, representatives of various zonal offices and representatives of Municipal Corporation were present in the meeting.

आतिशी ने कहा, ''पिछले 3 दिनों से दिल्ली के अलग-अलग हिस्सों से बिजली कटने की शिकायत आ रही है. लंबे-लंबे पावर कट की शिकायत आयी है. सिर्फ एक इलाके से नहीं बल्कि कई इलाक़ों से ये शिकायत आ रही है. तीन दिन में पावर सेक्टर का गिरना क्या बताता है? ये दिखाता है कि पहले रोज़ाना हर घंटे पावर सेक्टर को AAP की सरकार लगातार मॉनीटर कर रही थी और ऐसी समस्या कभी नहीं आती है.'

उन्होंने कहा, ''9 फरवरी को सैनिक एनक्लेव मोहन गार्डन में चार घंटे के लिए पावर कट लगा. सनलाइट कॉलोनी आश्रम में रात भर बिजली नहीं आई. राधेपुर में दो घंटे बिजली नहीं आई. विकासपुरी में चार घंटे का पावर कट रहा.''

गुड न्यूज़ : झारखंड के 11.80 लाख बुजुर्गों, विधवाओं और दिव्यांगों को पेंशन की सौगात, एक साथ मिलेंगे इतने महीनों के पैसेरांची :

*रांची :* पेंशनधारियों को चार महीने बाद एक साथ तीन महीने की पेंशन मिलेगी. इन्हें सितंबर तक की ही पेंशन मिली थी. केंद्र सरकार ने केंद्रांश की राशि आवंटित कर दी है. इस माह पेंशन राशि मिल जायेगी.

  झारखंड के 11,80,191 पेंशनधारियों को चार माह बाद एक साथ तीन महीने की पेंशन इसी माह मिलेगी. इन पेंशनधारियों को सितंबर तक की ही पेंशन मिली थी. इनके लिए केंद्र और राज्य सरकार द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से पेंशन योजनाएं चलायी जाती हैं. पेंशन के लिए केंद्रांश की राशि नहीं मिली थी, इसलिए अब तक पेंशन वितरित नहीं की गयी थी. केंद्र सरकार ने अपने हिस्से की पेंशन की राशि उपलब्ध करा दी है. राज्य में वृद्धापेंशन, विधवा पेंशन और दिव्यांग पेंशन के लिए प्रति माह 1000 रुपये दिये जाते हैं. केंद्र सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित राशि के अलावा शेष राशि राज्य सरकार द्वारा दी जाती है. राशि निकासी के लिए तय प्रावधान के अनुरूप केंद्र व राज्य सरकार दोनों की राशि की निकासी एक साथ होती है.

*अक्तूबर, नवंबर और दिसंबर की पेंशन*

विभाग से प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, लाभुकों को एक साथ अक्तूबर, नवंबर और दिसंबर की पेंशन उपलब्ध करायी जायेगी. इस संबंध में समाज कल्याण विभाग द्वारा जल्द ही आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश जारी किया जायेगा. बता दें कि राज्य को इन पेंशन योजनाओं के तहत जून तक ही केंद्र की ओर से राशि मिली है. वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के नौ माह बीतने को है. ऐसे में छह माह की राशि राज्य को नहीं मिली है. राज्य सरकार द्वारा केंद्र द्वारा दी गयी राशि का उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र भी उपलब्ध करा दिया गया है.

इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय वृद्धा पेंशन योजना*

राज्य में इस योजना के तहत 9,02,998 लाभुकों(60 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के बीपीएल वृद्ध) को प्रतिमाह 1000 रुपये मिलते हैं. इसके लिए 200 रुपये केंद्र और 800 रुपये राज्य सरकार देती है. इस योजना के लाभुकों को अक्तूबर से पेंशन नहीं मिली है. योजना के तहत 80 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के लोगों को केंद्र सरकार द्वारा प्रतिमाह 500 रुपये पेंशन दी जाती है, शेष राशि राज्य सरकार देती है.

*इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय विधवा पेंशन योजना*

इस योजना के तहत राज्य में कुल 2,51,780 लाभुक निबंधित हैं. योजना के तहत 40 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र की विधवा को प्रतिमाह 1000 रुपये पेंशन दी जाती हैं. इसके तहत 300 रुपये केंद्र सरकार और 700 रुपये राज्य सरकार देती है. योजना का लाभ पाने के लिए विधवा महिला का बीपीएल श्रेणी का होना अनिवार्य है. इस योजना के लाभुकों को बीते चार माह से पेंशन राशि नहीं मिली है.

*इंदिरा गांधी राष्ट्रीय दिव्यांग पेंशन योजना*

इस योजना के तहत राज्य के कुल 25,413 लाभुकों (80 फीसदी से अधिक दिव्यांगता से ग्रसित) को प्रतिमाह 1000 रुपये पेंशन दी जाती है. इस योजना का लाभ लेनेवाले लाभुक का बीपीएल श्रेणी का होना अनिवार्य है. इस योजना के लिए केंद्र सरकार 300 रुपये, जबकि राज्य सरकार 700 रुपये देती है. दिव्यांग पेंशन योजना के लाभुकों को भी अक्तूबर से राशि नहीं मिल रही है.

*पलामू में सबसे अधिक लाभुक*

राज्य में पेंशन पानेवाले सबसे अधिक 88577 लाभुक पलामू जिले में हैं. इनमें सबसे अधिक 76108 लाभुक वृद्धा पेंशन पानेवाले हैं. 10979 लाभुकों को विधवा और 1490 को दिव्यांग पेंशन की राशि मिलेगी. रांची में 54081, गढ़वा में 62469, धनबाद में 59248, गोड्डा में 56161, पूर्वी सिंहभूम में 49122, गिरिडीह में 59098, हजारीबाग में 42184, दुमका में 43024 लाभुकों को वृद्धा पेंशन की राशि मिलेगी.

मीडिया से बात करते हुए कर्नाटक के मंत्री एमबी पाटिल ने कहा कि हमने बेंगलुरु के दूसरे एयरपोर्ट के लिए दो जगहों का चुनाव कर लिया है - एक दक्षिण में और दूसरा उत्तर में है। लेकिन जब तक मुख्यमंत्री से इन दोनों जगहों के बारे में बात न कर ली जाए, तब तक किसी तरह की घोषणा नहीं की जा सकती है। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि बेंगलुरु के दूसरे एयरपोर्ट के लिए कम से कम 3500 एकड़ जमीन की जरूरत है।

बेंगलुरु के दूसरे एयरपोर्ट के बारे में मीडिया से बात करते हुए अधिकारियों का कहना है कि साल 2033 तक बेंगलुरु का केम्पेगौड़ा इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट (KIA) अपनी अधिकतम सीमा, 90 मिलियन यात्री पर पहुंच जाएगा। इसलिए दूसरे एयरपोर्ट का प्रस्ताव दिया गया और अब केंद्र सरकार के सामने इन दोनों जगहों का प्रस्ताव जल्द से जल्द देने की तैयारी की जा रही है।

*बेंगलुरु में बनेगा 32 किमी लंबा नया डबल डेकर फ्लाईओवर, कहां से कहां तक और कितनी लागत?*

अधिकारियों का कहना है कि जिन दो जगहों का चुनाव बेंगलुरु के दूसरे एयरपोर्ट के लिए किया गया है, दोनों जगहों पर ही करीब 4400 एकड़ खाली जगह है। दोनों जगहें ही बेंगलुरु से लगभग 30-35 किमी की दूरी पर मौजूद है।

*क्यों होसुर बन सकता है बेंगलुरु का दूसरा एयरपोर्ट?

राज्य सरकार जल्द से जल्द बेंगलुरु के दूसरे एयरपोर्ट के लिए जगह का प्रस्ताव केंद्र सरकार के सामने रखकर उसकी मंजूरी ले लेना चाहती है। अगर बेंगलुरु का प्रस्ताव केंद्र सरकार के सामने रखने में देर होती है तो संभावना है कि तमिलनाडु का होसुर बाजी मार ले जाए और सभी संभावित एयर ट्रैफिक बेंगलुरु से होसुर की तरफ मुड़ जाए।

अधिकारियों का मानना है कि अगर कर्नाटक सरकार ने देर की और साल 2033 तक इंतजार किया तो हो सकता है कि तमिलनाडु सरकार को होसुर में एयरपोर्ट बनाने की तब तक अनुमति मिल जाए और यह बेंगलुरु का दूसरा एयरपोर्ट बनकर उभर आए।

कांग्रेस सांसद इमरान मसूद ने कहा है कि मुसलमानों के खिलाफ नफरत का माहौल बनाया जा रहा है. वहीं, कांग्रेस के ही राज्यसभा सांसद इमरान प्रतापगढ़ी ने कहा है कि देश में अल्पसंख्यकों पर अत्याचार हो रहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि हम इस बिल के खिलाफ हैं. हमें संविधान के तहत जो अधिकार मिले हैं, ये उसके खिलाफ है. ये बिल इतिहास में काले अक्षरों में लिखा जाएगा. इमरान प्रतापगढ़ी ने कहा कि सरकार ने हमारे डिसेंट नोट्स भी हटा दिए हैं. अल्पसंख्यकों को टार्गेट करना इनका एजेंडा है.

समय रैना की इस सफाई से माना जा रहा है कि वो पुलिस के एक्शन से डरे हुए हैं, इसलिए अपने यूट्यूब चैनल से India’s Got Latent के सभी एपिसोड डिलीट कर दिए हैं. पुलिस की पूछताछ के दौरान अपूर्वा और आशीष ने बताया कि यह शो स्क्रिप्टेड नहीं है. शो में जजों और कंटेस्टेंट्स को खुलकर बात करने के लिए कहा जाता है. उन्हें शो के कंटेंट को अपने सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करने की आजादी है. इस शो में बतौर ऑडियंस हिस्सा लेने के लिए टिकट खरीदना होगा. एएनआई की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, टिकट बिक्री से जो पैसा आता है वह शो के विजेता को दिया जाता है.
