रांची: एसीबी डीजी के पद पर पदस्थापित अनुराग गुप्ता को झारखंड डीजीपी का अतिरिक्त प्रभार दिया गया है. इससे संबंधित अधिसूचना गुरुवार की रात सरकार की ओर से जारी कर दी गई.

वहीं दूसरी तरफ झारखंड डीजीपी के पद पर पदस्थापित अजय कुमार को झारखंड पुलिस हाउसिंग कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड के एमडी के पद पर पदस्थापित किया गया है. अजीत पीटर डुंगडुंग को देवघर एसपी बनाया गया है. इसके अलावा अंबर लकड़ा को जैप तीन कमांडेंट के पद पर पदस्थापित किया गया है.

रांची :सीएम पद की शपथ लेने के बाद हेमंत सोरेन गुरुवार (28 नवंबर) को प्रोजेक्ट भवन पहुंचे. यहां उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री के तौर पर पदभार ग्रहण किया. इसके बाद उन्होंने अहम निर्णय लिए. झारखंड विधानसभा का विशेष सत्र 9 से 12 दिसंबर तक चलेगा. JMM के वरिष्ठ विधायक स्टीफन मरांडी प्रोटेम स्पीकर बनाये गये हैं. विधायकों को शपथ दिलाएंगे.मंईयां सम्मान योजना के तहत लाभुकों को दिसम्बर से 2500 रुपया हर महीने मिलेगा. अब तक हर महीने 1000 मिलता था. 1,36,000 करोड़ रुपया जो केन्द्र सरकार पर बकाया है, उसकी वसूली के लिए विधिक कार्रवाई शुरू किए जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है.

इसके साथ ही पुलिस नियुक्ति के लिए भविष्य में होने वाली परीक्षा प्रक्रिया की समीक्षा किए जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है. सभी रिक्त पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए JPSC, JSSC तथा अन्य प्राधिकार, 01 जनवरी, 2025 के पूर्व परीक्षा कैलेण्डर प्रकाशित किए जाने का निर्णय लिया गया.

The special session of Jharkhand Assembly will run from 9 to 12 December. Senior JMM MLA Stephen Marandi has been made the Protem Speaker. Will administer oath to the MLAs. Under the Mainiya Samman Yojana, beneficiaries will get Rs 2500 every month from December. Till now they used to get Rs 1000 every month. It has been decided to initiate legal action for the recovery of Rs 1,36,000 crore which is due to the Central Government.

Along with this, it has been decided to review the future examination process for police appointment. It has been decided that JPSC, JSSC and other authorities will publish the examination calendar before January 01, 2025 for appointment to all vacant posts.

UP : यूपी के संभल शहर में हिंसा करने वाले उपद्रवियों और पत्थरबाजों की फोटो सार्वजनिक जगहों पर चिपकायेंगे जायेंगे। वहीं, हिंसा में नुकसान की वसूली भी इन पत्थरबाजों से होगी। पुलिस ने सभी CCTV फुटेज खंगाले हैं।

 100 से अधिक लोगों की पहचान कर ली गई है। बहुत जल्द पुलिस उन्हें गिरफ्तार करेगी। जरूरी हुआ तो उपद्रवियों पर इनाम भी ऐलान हो सकता है। संभल हिंसा के गुनाहगार किसी भी सूरत में बच नहीं पायेंगे। उपद्रवियों के फोटो मीडिया में भी जारी किये जायेंगे। जिससे उन्हें पकड़ने में आसानी होगी। गौरतलब है कि यूपी की योगी सरकार पहले ही उपद्रव करने वालों के खिलाफ नुकसान की वसूली और पोस्टर का अध्यादेश जारी कर चुकी है।

ADJ बोले, जिनके हाथ में पत्थर, उन्हें नहीं छोड़ा जायेगा

बरेली जोन के ADG रमित शर्मा ने बीते मंगलवार को उमला और जिम्मेदार लोगों के साथ शांति समिति की बैठक की। यह बैठक लोकनिर्माण विभाग के गेस्ट हाउस में हुई। ADG ने कहा कि निर्दोष लोगों को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जायेगा। वहीं, जिनके हाथ में पत्थर दिख रहे हैं, उन्हें नहीं छोड़ा जायेगा। बीते रविवार को हुये बवाल के बाद अब भी लोगों के मन से डर-भय नहीं निकला है। इस बीच हिंसा के तीन दिन बाद बुधवार को जनजीवन सामान्य होने लगा है। स्कूल खुल गये, दुकानें खुल गई, हालांकि इंटरनेट सेवा अभी भी बंद है। संवेदनशील एरिया में सुरक्षा कड़ी कर दी गई है। चौक-चौराहे पर पुलिस फोर्स तैनात कर दिये गये हैं। रैपिड एक्शन फोर्स को भी बुला लिया गया है। यहां याद दिला दें कि हिंसा में पांच लोगों की मौत हुई थी। 30 नवंबर तक बाहरी लोगों और जनप्रतिनिधियों के जिले में प्रवेश पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है। अब तक 27 लोगों को अरेस्ट किया गया है। वहीं, 11 FIR दर्ज की गई हैं। इसमें 7 FIR पुलिस और 4 FIR चार मृतकों के परिजनों ने दर्ज कराई हैं

UP: No Leniency for Rioters, Damage Recovery to be Ensured

In the aftermath of the violence in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, the police have announced that the photos of rioters and stone-pelters will be made public and displayed in prominent locations. Additionally, the police will recover damages from these individuals.

The police have scrutinized all CCTV footage and identified over 100 individuals involved in the violence. Arrests are imminent, and if necessary, rewards may be announced for information leading to the capture of these individuals.ADG Rimit Sharma stated that innocent people will not be arrested, but those found with stones in their hands will not be spared. The meeting was attended by local leaders and responsible citizens.

Following the violence, life is slowly returning to normal. Schools and shops have reopened, although internet services remain suspended. Security has been tightened in sensitive areas, with police forces deployed at major intersections. The Rapid Action Force has also been deployed.

Five people lost their lives in the violence. The entry of outsiders and public representatives into the district has been restricted until November 30. So far, 27 people have been arrested, and 11 FIRs have been registered, including 7 by the police and 4 by the families of the deceased.

इस रोज से OTP आने में होगी देरी…

ऑनलाइन होने वाले Fraud को रोकने के लिहाज से ट्राई 1 दिसम्बर से एक नया नियम लागू करने वाला है। दूरसंचार कंपनियों को अब ट्रेसबिलिटी लागू करने का आदेश TRAI के द्वारा दिया गया है। पहले इस नियम को अगस्त में ही लागू करना था, लेकिन टेलीकॉम कंपनियों के द्वारा और समय मांगा गया, जिसके बाद इसे 31 अक्टूबर तक बढ़ा दिया गया। इसके बाद TRAI के द्वारा 30 नवंबर तक इसे बढ़ा दिया गया, लेकिन अब 1 दिसंबर से इस नियम को हर हाल में लागू कर दिया जायेगा।

OTP आने में होगी देरी- Fraud रोकने के लिए TRAI नें उठाया कदम 

मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, जिओ, एयरटेल, वोडाफोन और BSNL 1 दिसंबर से ट्रेसेबिलिटी नियम को लागू करेंगे। इस नये नियम के लागू होने के बाद OTP आने में देरी होगी। यह नियम खास बैंकिंग सेवाओं और टिकट बुकिंग पर लागू होगा। अब अगर आप टिकट बुक करेंगे तो आपको ओटीपी के लिए थोड़ा इंतजार करना होगा।

ऑनलाइन फ्रॉड पर लगेगा रोक

ट्राई के इस खास पहल से स्कैमर्स को रोकने में मदद मिलेगी। कई बार ऐसा होता है नकली मैसेज के द्वारा लोगों से OTP मांगा जाता है जिसके वजह से वित्तीय नुकसान होता है। लेकिन इस नियम के लागू होने के बाद अब स्कैम को काफी हद तक रोका जा सकेगा।

TRAI's New Rule: OTPs to be Delayed from December 1!

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has introduced a new rule to combat online fraud, which will come into effect on December 1. As per the new rule, telecom companies will have to implement traceability, which will enable them to identify the source of bulk messages. This move aims to curb the spread of fraudulent messages and prevent financial losses.

The new rule will apply to banking services and ticket booking. As a result, users may experience delays in receiving OTPs. However, TRAI has reassured that the timely delivery of essential Net Banking and Aadhaar OTP messages will remain unaffected.

The decision to implement traceability was taken to combat the growing issue of cybercrime, particularly involving fake calls and fraudulent messages. The rule was initially set to be implemented in August but was delayed due to requests from telecom operators. Now, all telecom companies, including Jio, Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL, will have to implement the new rule from December 1.

मुंबई:एयर इंडिया पायलट सृष्टि तुली का शव उसके अंधेरी स्थित फ्लैट में लटका मिला. पवई पुलिस ने उसके 27 वर्षीय प्रेमी आदित्य पंडित को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है.

एयर इंडिया पायलट सृष्टि तुली का शव उसके अंधेरी स्थित फ्लैट में लटका मिला. पवई पुलिस ने उसके 27 वर्षीय प्रेमी आदित्य पंडित को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है.

25 वर्षीय एयर इंडिया की एक महिला पायलट मुंबई में अपने फ्लैट में मृत पाई गई. पुलिस ने कहा कि उसके प्रेमी को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया है. फिलहाल पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है. परिजनों ने प्रेमी आदित्य पंडित पर हत्या के लिए उकसाने का आरोप लगाया है.

जानकारी के अनुसार एयर इंडिया पायलट सृष्टि तुली का शव उसके अंधेरी स्थित फ्लैट में लटका मिला. पवई पुलिस ने उसके 27 वर्षीय प्रेमी आदित्य पंडित को आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया है.

सृष्टि के परिजनों ने आरोप लगाया है कि पंडित उसके साथ दुर्व्यवहार करता था, अक्सर फोन पर उससे बहस करता था, जिसके कारण सृष्टि ने ऐसा कदम उठाया. फिलहाल पुलिस ने सृष्टि के प्रेमी के खिलाफ आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने के आरोप में मामला दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया है और कोर्ट में पेश करने के बाद उसे 29 तारीख तक पुलिस हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है. पुलिस को यह शिकायत लड़की के चाचा ने दी है, पुलिस अधिकारियों द्वारा आगे की जांच की जा रही है. पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट से पता चलता है कि मौत का कारण आत्महत्या है.

पुलिस ने महिला के फोन को और आरोपी के साथ उसकी बातचीत का विश्लेषण करने के लिए फोरेंसिक लैब में भेज दिया है. पुलिस महिला पायलट के सहकर्मियों और रूममेट्स के बयान दर्ज करेगी.

तुली की आरोपी आदित्य पंडित से मुलाकात 2 साल पहले दिल्ली में हुई थी. प्राथमिकी के अनुसार दोनों की मुलाकात करीब दो साल पहले दिल्ली में कमर्शियल पायलट लाइसेंस (सीपीएल) के लिए प्रशिक्षण के दौरान हुई थी. प्रशिक्षण अवधि के दौरान तुली दिल्ली के द्वारका में रहती थी. प्रशिक्षण के बाद उसे एयर इंडिया में नौकरी मिल गई और वह जून 2023 में मुंबई चली गई.परिवार को महिला के दोस्तों और सहकर्मियों से बात की, जिन्होंने उन्हें बताया कि पंडित अक्सर उसके साथ दुर्व्यवहार करता था और उसे नियंत्रित करने की कोशिश करता था.

काम के कारण पंडित की बहन की सगाई समारोह में तुली नहीं जा पाई, जिससे आदित्य गुस्सा हो गया और आने के बाद उसने लगभग 10 दिनों तक उससे बात करने से इनकार कर दिया. मानसिक रूप से परेशान रहती थी. आरोपी आदित्य पंडित सार्वजनिक रूप से उस पर चिल्लाता था. एक बार एक पार्टी में उसने मांसाहारी खाने के लिए उस पर चिल्लाया और उसे दोबारा ऐसा करने से रोका और कई बार उसे बीच सड़क पर छोड़ देता था. वह उसे बहुत परेशान करता था. लेकिन तुली उससे बहुत प्यार करती थी.

रविवार को काम से घर लौटने के बाद उसने अपनी मां से भी फोन पर बात की. लेकिन चिंता का कोई संकेत नहीं दिखा, जो दर्शाता है कि पंडित से बहस करने के बाद उसकी मौत हो गई.

25-Year-Old Air India Pilot Found Dead in Mumbai Apartment

Mumbai: A 25-year-old Air India pilot, Shristi Tuli, was found dead in her apartment in Andheri. The Pawai police arrested her 27-year-old boyfriend, Aditya Pandit, on charges of abetting suicide.

According to the police, Shristi's family alleged that Aditya used to misbehave with her, often arguing with her over the phone, which led to her taking the extreme step.

Shristi's post-mortem report revealed that the cause of death was suicide. The police have sent her phone for forensic analysis to examine her conversations with Aditya. The police will also record statements from Shristi's colleagues and roommates.

Shristi met Aditya two years ago in Delhi while training for a commercial pilot license (CPL). During the training period, Shristi lived in Dwarka, Delhi. After completing her training, she got a job with Air India and moved to Mumbai in June 2023.

Shristi's family spoke to her friends and colleagues, who informed them that Aditya often misbehaved with her and tried to control her. Due to work commitments, Shristi couldn't attend Aditya's sister's engagement ceremony, which made Aditya angry, and he refused to talk to her for about 10 days.

Shristi was mentally disturbed. Aditya publicly yelled at her, and on one occasion, he yelled at her for eating non-vegetarian food at a party and forbade her from doing so again. He often left her stranded on the road. Despite his behavior, Shristi loved him dearly.

On Sunday, after returning home from work, Shristi spoke to her mother over the phone but showed no signs of distress, indicating that her death occurred after her argument with Aditya.

देवघर में पारा शिक्षक ने प्रधान शिक्षिका को गोली मारकर घायल किया

देवघर जिले के मोहनपुर थाना क्षेत्र के बांक पंचायत अंतर्गत उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय में एक दबंग पारा शिक्षक ने प्रधान शिक्षिका को गोली मारकर घायल कर दिया।

घायल शिक्षिका का नाम चांदनी कुमारी है जो दुमका जिला के जरमुंडी थाना इलाके के नौनीहाट घोंघाडेकचा गावं कि रहने वाली है। वह उक्त विद्यालय में पिछले 2016 से पदस्थापित हैं। शिक्षिका के दाहिने बांह में गोली लगी है। गोली मारने वाले पारा शिक्षक का नाम शैलेश यादव है जो मोहनपुर थाना क्षेत्र के कुरूमटांड गावं का रहने वाला है। गोली मारने के बाद वह फरार बताया जाता है।

एक्सप्लोर 2024: नेताजी सुभाष विश्वविद्यालय में तीन दिवसीय उत्सव का आगाज़

28 नवंबर 2024, जमशेदपुर के पोखारी स्थित नेताजी सुभाष विश्वविद्यालय में वार्षिक उत्सव ‘एक्सप्लोर 2024’ का शुभारंभ हुआ। हर साल एक्सप्लोर के प्रतिभागियों के जोश को मद्देनजर रखते हुए इस बार यह कार्यक्रम 3 दिनों का रखा गया है, जो कि 28 नवंबर से 30 नवंबर तक चलेगा। पूरे साल छात्रों को इस एक कार्यक्रम का बेसब्री से इंतज़ार रहता है। एक्सप्लोर का कार्यक्रम छात्रों को अपनी कला का प्रदर्शन करने का मौका देता है और उन्हें इससे कुछ सीखने का भी मौका मिल जाता है। 

फ्लैश मॉब ने अपने धमाकेदार प्रदर्शन से 'एक्सप्लोर 2024' का उदघाटन किया और पूरे कार्यक्रम को एक रोमांच से भर दिया। बॉलीवुड के एक से एक गानों पर उनके थिरकते हुए कदमों से सभी का दिल मोह लिया। इसके बाद पी. ई. एफ. आई, पूर्वी सिंहभूम के टीम ने महिला सशक्तिकरण को बढ़ावा देते हुए सेल्फ डिफेंस के तकनीकों का प्रदर्शन किया जो कि काफी प्रशंसनीय था।

पूरे कैंपस में प्रतिभागियों की चहल कदमी बरकरार थी, जहां प्रतिभागी ग्रुप डांस, हैश कोड, क्यू फिएस्टा, बी फिएस्टा जैसे विभिन्न प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग लेते दिखाई दिए।

प्रशासनिक विभाग के अनुष्ठाता नाजिम खान ने कहा कि "एक्सप्लोर 2024 छात्रों के लिए सिर्फ अपने प्रतिभा प्रदर्शन का मौका नहीं बल्कि नवाचार को बढ़ावा देने का ज़रिया है"। 'एक्सप्लोर 2024' के दूसरे दिन के कार्यक्रम की जानकारी के लिए बने रहिए। यह रोमांच और उत्साह का सफर अभी बरकरार रहेगा!

Netaji Subhas University Kicks Off 'Explore 2024' with Great Fanfare

Jamshedpur, November 28, 2024: Netaji Subhas University's annual festival, 'Explore 2024', commenced with great enthusiasm at the university's Pokhari campus. This year's event is a three-day extravaganza, scheduled from November 28 to 30.

The festival provides a platform for students to showcase their talents and learn from each other. The event began with a flash mob performance, followed by a self-defense demonstration by the P.E.F.I team, which promoted women's empowerment.
