रांची : दिशोम गुरु और हेमंत सोरेन के बाद उनके परिवार की तीसरी पीढ़ी चुनावी ताल ठोकने को तैयार है. जामा के पूर्व विधायक स्व दुर्गा सोरेन और वर्तमान में जामताड़ा से बीजेपी की प्रत्याशी सीता सोरेन की बेटी जयश्री सोरेन ने नाजीर रसीद कटवाकर और नॉमिनेशन पेपर खरीदकर सक्रिय राजनीति में दस्तक देने का ऐलान कर दिया है.

मां, पिता और दादा ने भी जामा से दर्ज की थी जीत

जामा विधानसभा सीट से जयश्री सोरेन की मां सीता सोरेन 2009, 2014 एवं 2019 में निर्वाचित होकर तीन टर्म की विधायक रही हैं, जबकि पिता स्व दुर्गा सोरेन 1995 व 2000 में दो टर्म तथा एक बार दादा शिबू सोरेन 1985 में विधायक रह चुके हैं. इस बार लोकसभा चुनाव से ठीक पहले सीता साेरेन ने झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा को छोड़ बीजेपी का दामन थाम लिया था, तब वे भी सक्रिय रूप से बीजेपी में साथ-साथ रही.

जामा से टिकट न मिलने पर निर्दलीय चुनाव लड़ने का बनाया मन

जयश्री सोरेन अपने माता-पिता की परंपरागत सीट जामा से बीजेपी की टिकट पर चुनाव लड़ने के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रही थी और लोकसभा चुनाव के बाद से ही विशेष तौर पर इस विधानसभा क्षेत्र का लगातार दौरा कर रही थीं. ऐसे में जब पार्टी ने यहां अपने पुराने उम्मीदवार सुरेश मुर्मू को ही उम्मीदवार बना दिया, तो वे निर्दलीय ही चुनाव मैदान में उतरने का मन बनाकर नॉमिनेशन पेपर खरीद चुकी हैं. मंगलवार को नॉमिनेशन का आखिरी दिन है. ऐसे में वे मंगलवार को नॉमिनेशन करेंगी, ऐसी प्रबल संभावना है. उन्होंने अपना पता जयश्री सोरेन, पिता स्व दुर्गा सोरेन, पता रेड क्रॉस के पास मोराबादी मैदान, थाना लालपुर, मोराबादी रांची लिखवाया है.

Jayshree Soren, daughter of former Jama MLA late Durga Soren and currently BJP candidate from Jamtara, Sita Soren, has announced to enter active politics by getting the Nazir receipt and buying nomination papers.

Mother, father and grandfather also registered victory from Jama

Jayshree Soren's mother Sita Soren has been an MLA for three terms from Jama assembly seat after being elected in 2009, 2014 and 2019, while father late Durga Soren has been an MLA for two terms in 1995 and 2000 and grandfather Shibu Soren has been an MLA once in 1985. This time, just before the Lok Sabha elections, Sita Soren left the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and joined the BJP, and she was actively involved in the BJP.

After not getting a ticket from Jama, she decided to contest as an independent.

Jayshree Soren was constantly trying to contest the elections from Jama, the traditional seat of her parents, on a BJP ticket and was especially visiting this assembly constituency since the Lok Sabha elections. In such a situation, when the party made its old candidate Suresh Murmu the candidate here, she decided to contest the elections as an independent and bought the nomination papers. 

Tuesday is the last day for nominations. In such a situation, there is a strong possibility that she will file her nomination on Tuesday. She has written her address as Jayshree Soren, father late Durga Soren, address Morabadi ground near Red Cross, Police Station Lalpur, Morabadi Ranchi.

हेमंत सोरेन पर बरसे हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा, बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ को लेकर सरकार को घेरा*

दुमका की नामांकन सह आशीर्वाद सभा में हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा ने कहा कि हेमंत सोरेन के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार वोट बैंक के लिए मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण एवं बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ को बढ़ावा दे रही है. हेमंत सोरेन अब आदिवासियों के नेता नहीं बल्कि घुसपैठियों के सरदार बन गए हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि झारखंड में बंटी एवं बबली की सरकार चल रही है.

असम की तरह संताल परगना की बदल रही डेमोग्राफी

कामरूप कामाख्या भगवती, बाबा बैद्यनाथ एवं बासुकीनाथ को नमन करने के बाद भारत माता की जय के साथ हिमंता बिस्वा सरमा ने अपना संबोधन प्रारंभ किया. उन्होंने कहा कि जिस तरह से बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ के कारण असम की डेमोग्राफी बदल गयी है. आज वहां 40% मुस्लिम आबादी हो गयी है. असम के सामान्य लोगों ने बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ की समस्या की गंभीरता को नहीं समझा. भाजपा से पहले की सरकारों ने अपने वोट बैंक के लिए बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ पर रोक लगाने की बजाय उसे बढ़ावा दिया. इसके कारण असम की डेमोग्राफी पूरी तरह से बदल गयी. असम की तर्ज पर बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ से संताल परगना की डेमोग्राफी बदल रही है. यहां के जनजाति समाज की आबादी लगातार घट रही है और मुसलमानों की आबादी बढ़ रही है.

संताल में मुसलमान की आबादी 20 फीसदी से अधिक

आज संताल परगना में मुसलमान की आबादी 20% से अधिक हो गयी है. इसका बहुत बड़ा कारण बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ है. हेमंत सोरेन की सरकार घुसपैठ पर रोक लगाने की बजाय इसे बढ़ावा दे रही है. यह घुसपैठिए यहां की जमीन एवं संपदा पर कब्जा करने के साथ-साथ यहां की संस्कृति को भी नष्ट कर रहे हैं. संताल समाज की लड़कियों को बहला फुसलाकर कर उनसे शादी करते हैं और उनकी संपत्तियों पर कब्जा करने के साथ-साथ अनुसूचित जनजाति को मिलने वाली सुविधाओं का लाभ भी उठा रहे हैं. जिन संताल लड़कियों से वह शादी करते हैं, उनका धर्म परिवर्तन कराते हैं और अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए आरक्षित सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ा कर राजनीतिक पावर भी हासिल करते हैं. यहां की जनजातीय महिलाओं के साथ-साथ अन्य समाज की बालिकाओं पर भी लगातार अत्याचार हो रहा है, लेकिन हेमंत सोरेन और उनकी पार्टी इसे रोकने की बजाय घुसपैठियों को बढ़ावा दे रही है.

साहेब ने परिवार में बंटवारा करवाया...', बारामती में शरद पवार पर बरसे अजित

महाराष्ट्र विधानसभा चुनाव के लिए बारामती सीट से नामांकन दाखिल करने के बाद उप मुख्यमंत्री और राष्ट्रवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी (राकांपा) नेता अजित पवार एक रैली के दौरान भावुक हो गए। इस दौरान राकांपा के संस्थापक शरद पवार का नाम लिए बिना आरोप लगाया कि 'साहेब' ने परिवार में विभाजन पैदा किया और उनके खिलाफ एक उम्मीदवार खड़ा किया। 

अजित पवार ने कहा, 'मैंने पहले अपनी गलतियों को माना था। लेकिन अब लगता है कि दूसरे भी गलतियां कर रहे हैं। मेरे परिवार और मैंने तय किया था कि हम पहले बारामती से नामाकंन दाखिल करेंगे। लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हुआ। मेरी मां ने मेरा बहुत समर्थन किया था और उन्हें (शरद पवार) सलाह दी थी कि किसी का भी मेरे खिलाफ नामांकन नहीं होना चाहिए।

 लेकिन मुझे बताया गया है कि साहेब (शरद पवार) ने किसी को मेरे खिलाफ नामांकन दाखिल करने का निर्देश दिया। साहेब ने परिवार में विभाजन पैदा किया है। मैं बस इतना कहना चाहता हूं कि राजनीति को इस स्तर पर नहीं लाया जाना चाहिए, क्योंकि परिवार को एकजुट होने में पीढ़ियां लगती हैं और टूटने में एक पल भी नहीं लगता।'

केंद्र सरकार धरती आबा भगवान बिरसा मुंडा की मनाएगी 150वीं जयंती: PM माेदी.

इस दौरान उन्होंने विशेष रूप से झारखंड का जिक्र किया। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार धरती आबा भगवान बिरसा मुंडा और सरदार पटेल की 150वीं जयंती मनाएगी । 

झारखंड PM Modi ने रविवार को रेडियो कार्यक्रम ‘मन की बात’ के 115वें एपिसोड में देश के लोगों को संबोधित किया।

इस दौरान उन्होंने विशेष रूप से झारखंड का जिक्र किया। प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार धरती आबा भगवान बिरसा मुंडा और सरदार पटेल की 150वीं जयंती मनाएगी।

प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि मेरे जीवन का सबसे खास पल वह था जब मैं भगवान बिरसा मुंडा के जन्म स्थान उलीहातू गया था। मोदी ने 15 नवंबर, 2023 के अपने झारखंड के दौरे को याद करते हुए कहा कि उनके जीवन में इस यात्रा का विशेष प्रभाव पड़ा।

15 नवंबर से बिरसा मुंडा की 150वीं जयंती शुरू होगी। वह पहले ऐसे प्रधानमंत्री बने जो कि भगवान बिरसा मुंडा के गांव गए थे। उन्होंने कहा कि उनके लिए यह गौरव की बात थी कि उलिहातू की मिट्टी को सिर से लगाने का सौभाग्य मिला। उन्होंने कहा कि उस क्षण मैंने न सिर्फ स्वतंत्रता संग्राम की शक्ति महसूस हुई, बल्कि झारखंड की धरती की शक्ति से जुड़ने का अवसर मिला। प्रधानमंत्री ने इस दौरान सरदार पटेल और भगवान बिरसा मुंडा की जयंती का जिक्र किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सरदार पटेल (Sardar Patel) की 31 अक्टूबर और बिरसा मुंडा की 15 नवंबर से 150वीं जयंती शुरू होगी।

प्रधानमंत्री ने घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि उनकी सरकार इन दोनों की जयंती को मनाएगी। प्रधानमंत्री ने उनके साहस और दूरदर्शिता का जिक्र किया। साथ ही कहा कि इन दोनों महापुरुषों के सामने अलग-अलग चुनौतियां थीं लेकिन उनका विजन एक ही था, देश की एकता।

Recalling his visit to Jharkhand on November 15, 2023, he said that this journey had a profound impact on his life. The 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Birsa Munda will commence from November 15.

 He became the first Prime Minister to visit the village of Bhagwan Birsa Munda. He expressed that it was an honor to have had the opportunity to touch the soil of Ulihatu to his forehead. He said that at that moment, he felt not only the power of the freedom struggle but also a connection to the strength of Jharkhand's land. During this address, the Prime Minister also mentioned the birth anniversaries of Sardar Patel and Bhagwan Birsa Munda. He announced that Sardar Patel’s 150th anniversary would begin on October 31, and Birsa Munda’s on November 15.

The Prime Minister declared that his government will celebrate these anniversaries. He highlighted the courage and vision of both these great leaders, stating that although they faced different challenges, their vision was united in striving for the unity of the nation.

खनिजों के अवैध परिवहन, उत्खनन एवं भंडारण को लेकर जिला दण्डाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त श्री अनन्य मित्तल के निर्देशानुसार लगातार छापेमारी अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में जिला खनन कार्यालय एवं संबंधित थाना प्रभारियों के साथ की गई सघन छापेमारी में 5 वाहन जप्त किए गए। 

अभियान के क्रम में बहरागोड़ा थाना अंतर्गत वाहन संख्या WB13 -  6107 ( बालू लदा), गुड़ाबांदा थाना अंतर्गत वाहन संख्या JH05CP - 7614 (बालू लदा), श्यामसुंदरपुर थाना अंतर्गत वाहन संख्या BR51G - 9020 (बालू लदा), मुसाबनी थाना अंतर्गत वाहन संख्या JH05DU - 9918 (गिट्टी लदा) जप्त किए गए। उपरोक्त सभी वाहन बिना खनिज परिवहन चालान के परिवहन करते हुए पाये गये। इसके अतिरिक्त मऊभंडार ओ. पी. थाना में वाहन संख्या JH05CY - 8557  में गिट्टी लदा हुआ पाया गया, जिसके पास वैध परिवहन चालान उपलब्ध था, परंतु ओवरलोड होने के कारण मऊभंडार ओ. पी. में सुपुर्द किया गया है । सभी  वाहनो को जब्त करते हुए संबंधित थानों में सुपुर्द किया गया गया है । आगे भी यह अभियान लगातार जारी रहेगा ।

Under the instructions of the District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner, an investigation campaign is being conducted against illegal transportation, excavation, and storage of minerals; 5 vehicles seized from 5 police station areas.

As per the directions of District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Mr. Ananya Mittal, a continuous raid campaign is being carried out to curb the illegal transportation, excavation, and storage of minerals. In this sequence, a thorough raid conducted in coordination with the District Mining Office and the respective police station in-charges led to the seizure of 5 vehicles. During the campaign, vehicles were seized as follows:

Vehicle number WB13 - 6107 (loaded with sand) from Bahragora Police Station area.

Vehicle number JH05CP - 7614 (loaded with sand) from Gudabanda Police Station area.

Vehicle number BR51G - 9020 (loaded with sand) from Shyamsunderpur Police Station area.

Vehicle number JH05DU - 9918 (loaded with stone chips) from Musabani Police Station area.

All of the above vehicles were found transporting minerals without a valid transport permit. Additionally, a vehicle with number JH05CY - 8557 was found loaded with stone chips in the Maubhandar Outpost Police Station area, which had a valid transport permit, but it was found overloaded. Hence, it was handed over to Maubhandar Outpost Police Station. All vehicles have been seized and handed over to the respective police stations. This campaign will continue further.

जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने सर्विस वोटर का पोस्टल बैलेट ससमय प्राप्त करने को लेकर डाक विभाग के साथ की बैठक, दिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश

विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर सर्विस वोटर का पोस्टल बैलेट ससमय जिला प्रशासन को प्राप्त हो इस बाबत जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी श्री अनन्य मित्तल ने डाक विभाग के पदाधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए । 

जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी सलमान जफर खिजरी, निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी श्रीमती प्रियंका सिंह, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी श्री पंचानन उरांव व कोषांग के अन्य पदाधिकारी बैठक में मौजूद रहे। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के दिशा-निर्देश के आलोक में सर्विस वोटर के मतदान के पश्चात पोस्टल बैलेट (इटीपीबीएस ) डाक से सादे लिफाफे में प्राप्त होना है, इन डाक को सावधानी पूर्वक सुरक्षित प्राप्त कर पोस्टल बैलेट स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम में वीडियोग्राफी कराते हुए जमा किया जाएगा। उन्होने बताया कि अभ्यर्थिता वापसी से मतगणना की तिथि तक प्रत्येक दिन तीन बजे तक पोस्टल बैलेट जमा होना है,

इसके लिए संबंधित आरओ से समन्वय बनाकर जमा करायें। पोस्टल बैलेट जमा करने के क्रम में राजनीतिक दल के प्रतिनिधि और विधानसभा उम्मीदवार या प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रह सकते हैं। इसके लिए निदेश दिया गया कि चिन्हित कर डेडिकेटेड डाकिया उपलब्ध करायें, मतगणना से पूर्व तक उद्योग केन्द्र स्थित पोस्टल बैलेट स्ट्रॉन्ग रूम में इटीपीबीएस जमा किए जाएंगे, मतगणना के दिन सुबह 07:59 बजे तक प्राप्त इटीपीबीएस को-ऑपरेटिव कॉलेज में प्राप्ति स्वीकार किया जाएगाा । डाक विभाग को नोडल डाकघर तथा डाकिया चिन्हित करने का निर्देश दिया गया ताकि सुगमता से सर्विस वोटर का इटीपीबीएस ससमय जमा लिया जा सके। डाकघर को पोस्टल बैलेट हेतु प्रतिनियुक्त डेडिकेटेड एआरओ का विवरण उपलब्ध कराने का निदेश उप निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी को दिया गया। 

Guidelines Issued for Timely Receipt of Service Voters' Postal Ballots

To ensure timely receipt of service voters' postal ballots for the upcoming assembly elections, District Election Officer Anany Mittal held a meeting with postal department officials and provided necessary guidelines. Present at the meeting were District Supply Officer Salman Zafar Khizri, Election Officer Priyanka Singh, District Public Relations Officer Panchanan Urawan, and other officials.

The District Election Officer stated that as per the Election Commission of India's guidelines, postal ballots (ETPBS) from service voters should be received through ordinary postal service in plain envelopes. These will be securely received and stored in the postal ballot strong room under videography.

Mittal instructed that:

- Postal ballots should be submitted daily by 3 pm until the counting date.

- Political party representatives and assembly candidates or representatives can attend the submission process.

- Dedicated postmen should be assigned for smooth receipt of postal ballots.

- Received ETPBS will be stored at the Udyan Cooperative College strong room until counting day.

- Postal ballots received until 7:59 am on counting day will be accepted.

The postal department was directed to identify nodal post offices and dedicated postmen for timely receipt of service voters' postal ballots. The Additional Election Officer was instructed to provide details of the dedicated ARO appointed for postal ballots.
