झारखंड सरकार ने शराब बिक्री की व्यवस्था में बड़ा बदलाव करते हुए फैसला लिया है कि अब राज्य सरकार खुदरा शराब की बिक्री नहीं करेगी। इसके बजाय, शराब की बिक्री का जिम्मा फिर से निजी व्यापारियों को सौंपा जाएगा। सरकार ने कहा है कि शराब की दुकानें Tender और Lottery प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से आवंटित की जाएंगी। यह नीति 1 March से लागू हो सकती है, जिससे शराब की कीमतों में 5-8% की बढ़ोतरी संभव है।
थोक बिक्री तक सीमित रहेगा सरकारी नियंत्रण

अब मॉल और बड़े स्टोर्स में भी मिलेगी शराब
नई शराब नीति के अनुसार, अब सिर्फ पारंपरिक शराब दुकानों में ही नहीं, बल्कि Mall और बड़े Stores में भी शराब बेची जा सकेगी। इसके लिए दो प्रमुख शर्तें रखी गई हैं:
1. शराब बेचने के लिए License अनिवार्य होगा।
2. जिस Mall या दुकान में शराब बेची जाएगी, उसका कुल क्षेत्रफल कम से कम 2000 वर्ग फुट होना चाहिए। इसमें से 10% यानी 200 वर्ग फुट शराब बिक्री के लिए निर्धारित किया जाएगा।
कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी संभव
सरकार के इस फैसले के बाद शराब की कीमतों में 5-8% तक की वृद्धि हो सकती है। हालांकि, सरकार का मानना है कि इससे बाजार में पारदर्शिता आएगी, अवैध शराब बिक्री पर रोक लगेगी और उपभोक्ताओं को सही कीमत पर अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाली शराब उपलब्ध होगी।
अब देखने वाली बात यह होगी कि सरकार के इस फैसले को जनता, व्यापारी और विपक्ष किस तरह लेता है।
Big Decision by Jharkhand Government: Now Alcohol Will Be Available in Malls and Shops Too

Liquor Will Now Be Available in Malls and Large Stores
According to the new liquor policy, alcohol will not only be sold in traditional liquor shops but also in malls and large stores. However, two key conditions must be met:
1. A license will be mandatory for selling liquor.
2. The mall or store selling liquor must have a minimum area of 2,000 square feet, out of which 10% (i.e., 200 square feet) must be designated for liquor sales.
Possible Price Increase
Following this decision, liquor prices may rise by 5-8%. However, the government believes that this move will bring transparency to the market, curb illegal liquor sales, and ensure consumers get quality liquor at the right price.
