दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव आम आदमी पार्टी के संयोजक और पूर्व CM अरविंद केजरीवाल को हराने वाले प्रवेश वर्मा के राजनीतिक कद में जर्बदस्त इजाफा हुआ है। दिल्ली में भाजपा की जीत के बाद CM पद को लेकर खूब चर्चा तेज हो गई है। 
CM पद के रेस में प्रवेश वर्मा का नाम पहले पायदान पर है। चर्चा यह भी होने लगी है कि प्रवेश शर्मा को CM बनाकर भाजपा हरियाणा, राजस्थान और पश्चिमी यूपी के जाट वोट बैंक को साध सकती है। वैसे राजनीतिक विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि भाजपा के फैसले हमेशा चौंकाने वाले होते हैं। अंतिम समय में कोई और नाम भी उभरकर सामने आ सकता है। अब देखना होगा कि BJP नेतृत्व CM पद के लिये किस चेहरे पर दांव लगाता है।
