रांची के श्यामा प्रसाद मुख़र्जी विश्वविद्यालय का दूसरा दीक्षांत समारोह पारम्परिक और भव्य तरीके से संपन्न हुआ। समारोह के दौरान अंडर ग्रेजुएट के सफल चार हजार सात सौ अड़तीस और पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट के आठ हजार तीन सौ संतानवे छात्रों को उपाधि प्रदान की गई। मुख्य अतिथि राज्यपाल और कुलाधीपति संतोष कुमार गंगवार ने गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट एक सौ बारसठ छात्रों को अपने हाथों मेडल और उपाधि प्रदान की.कार्यक्रम के दौरान राज्यपाल ने विश्वविद्यालय की स्मारिका का विमोचन भी किया।
राज्यपाल सह कुलाधीपति के हाथों मेडल और उपाधि पाकर छात्र काफ़ी उत्साहित और गौरवान्वित महशूस कर रहे थे.इस मौके पर राज्यपाल सह कुलाधीपति संतोष कुमार गंगवार ने उपाधि पाने वाले छात्रों को शुभकामनायें दी और कहा कि यह दीक्षांत समारोह आपके लिए केवल शैक्षणिक सत्र का समापन नहीं है, बल्कि, अपने अथक परिश्रम से आपने जो ज्ञान और कौशल अर्जित किया है .उससे देश और समाज की सेवा की शुरुआत है.
The second convocation ceremony of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Ranchi, was conducted in a traditional and grand manner. During the ceremony, degrees were awarded to 4,738 successful undergraduate students and 8,393 postgraduate students. The chief guest, Governor and Chancellor Santosh Kumar Gangwar, personally presented medals and degrees to 162 gold medalists.
During the event, the Governor also unveiled the university's commemorative publication. Receiving medals and degrees from the hands of the Governor and Chancellor filled the students with great excitement and pride. On this occasion, Governor and Chancellor Santosh Kumar Gangwar extended his best wishes to the graduating students and stated that this convocation is not just the conclusion of an academic session, but rather the beginning of serving the nation and society with the knowledge and skills they have acquired through their relentless hard work.
