अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी ने कहा है कि झारखंड में चारों ओर भ्रष्टाचार है. उन्होंने कहा कि 1.36 लाख करोड़ रुपए के नाम पर झामुमो सरकार राजनीति कर रही है. उसे इसका ब्रेकअप देना चाहिए.
झारखंड के प्रथम मुख्यमंत्री सह भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी ने कहा है कि वह केंद्र सरकार से 1.36 लाख करोड़ रुपए बकाया दिलाने में हेमंत सोरेन सरकार की मदद करेंगे. बाबूलाल मरांडी ने कहा कि अगर केंद्र पर राज्य सरकार का 1.36 लाख करोड़ रुपए बनता है, तो उन्हें इसका ब्रेकअप देना चाहिए. विस्तृत जानकारी आम लोगों को भी देनी चाहिए. अगर वह ऐसा करती है, तो भाजपा भी केंद्र से पैसे लेने में उसकी मदद करेगी. वह मंगलवार को बोकारो में पत्रकारों से बात कर रहे थे.

इससे पहले, प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी ने राज्य सरकार पर निशाना साधा. कहा कि प्रदेश की झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा (झामुमो) 1.36 लाख करोड़ रुपए पर सिर्फ राजनीति कर रहा है. उसे सिर्फ बयानबाजी करने की बजाय लोगों को यह बताना चाहिए कब का, किस-किस मद में कितना केंद्र सरकार पर बकाया है.

बाबूलाल मरांडी ने कहा कि सामान्य व्यक्ति भी किसी से बकाया मांगता है, तो देनदार व्यक्ति उससे डिटेल मांगता है. उन्होंने कहा कि सिर्फ बोल देने से कुछ नहीं होता. उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार बजट पेश करती है, तो यह बताती है कि किस मद में कितनी राशि का आवंटन हुआ है. सरकार पर कितना उधार है. सरकार खर्च के लिए पैसे कहां से लाएगी. उसे कितना केंद्रीय अनुदान मिलेगा. 1.36 लाख करोड़ मांगने वाली सरकार इसकी विस्तृत जानकारी नहीं दे रही.

आंकड़े जारी करे सरकार, हम करेंगे मदद – बाबूलाल मरांडी
भाजपा नेता ने कहा कि झारखंड की सरकार हर दिन योजनाओं के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए विज्ञापन देती रहती है. एक दिन बकाया 1.36 लाख करोड़ रुपए के बारे में भी विस्तार से जानकारी देते हुए विज्ञापन प्रकाशित करवाये. उन्होंने कहा कि अगर सरकार आंकड़े जारी कर देगी, तो भाजपा भी उसकी मदद करेगी.

बाबूलाल मरांडी ने कहा कि झारखंड में भ्रष्टाचार से आम आदमी प्रभावित हो रहा है. सही काम कराने के लिए भी पैसे देने पड़ रहे हैं. अपनी पुश्तैनी जमीन के लिए भी पदाधिकारियों को पैसे देने पड़ रहे हैं. अंचल कार्यालयों में प्रति एकड़ जमीन के म्यूटेशन के लिए रिश्वत की दरें निर्धारित हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार बच्चों के भविष्य से भी खिलवाड़ कर रही है.

प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी ने केंद्रीय बजट में झारखंड की रेल परियोजनाओं के लिए 7 हजार करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की राशि स्वीकृत करने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव का आभार भी व्यक्त किया. कहा कि केंद्र सरकार झारखंड में रेल सेवा को सुगम बनाने और यात्री सुविधाओं के विस्तार के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रही है.

He said that when the government presents the budget, it tells how much amount has been allocated in which item. How much is the government borrowed? Where will the government get the money? How much central grant will he get? The government, which has demanded Rs 1.36 lakh crore, is not giving details.
