केन्द्रीय कृषि मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने चुनाव प्रचार के अंतिम दिन झारखंड की 5 विधानसभाओं में रोड-शो और जनसभाओं को संबोधित किया

झारखंड: केन्द्रीय कृषि मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने झारखंड विधानसभा चुनाव प्रचार के अंतिम दिन झारखंड के पांच विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में रोड-शो और जनसभाएं की। चौहान ने झारखंड की महेशपुर विधानसभा में भाजपा प्रत्याशी नवनीत हेम्ब्रम और बोकारो विधानसभा से प्रत्याशी बिरंची नारायण के समर्थन में रोड-शो किया। 

वहीं बरहेट विधानसभा में गमालियम हेम्ब्रम और राजमहल विधानसभा में अनंत ओझा के समर्थन में विशाल जनसभाओं को संबोधित किया। चौहान ने बरहेट सभा के मंच से ही धनबाद विधानसभा में आयोजित सभा को भी संबोधित किया। इस दौरान शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने झारखंड की जेएमएम-कांग्रेस गठबंधन सरकार पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि, गठबंधन सरकार ने झारखंड जैसे सुंदर प्रदेश को तबाह और बर्बाद कर दिया है। इन्होंने बालू, ईंट, पत्थर, कोयला और गरीबों का राशन लूटकर झारखंड को विनाश की कगार पर लाकर खड़ा कर दिया है और इसलिए झारखंड की जनता का भरोसा भारतीय जनता पार्टी और प्रधानमंत्री श्रीमान मोदी जी पर है। पहले चरण में ही भाजपा दो तिहाई सीटें जीत रही है और दूसरे चरण में भी शानदार सफलता प्राप्त करेगी..

हेमंत सोरेन भ्रष्टाचार के शिरोमणि

केन्द्रीय मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि, हेमंत सोरेन भ्रष्टाचार और घोटालों के शिरोमणि हैं। सोरेन ने अपने ही विधानसभा क्षेत्र बरहेट में कोई विकास कार्य नहीं किए। बरहेट विधानसभा की जनता को संबोधित करते हुए शिवराज ने कहा कि, पिछले कई सालों से मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन इस क्षेत्र से विधायक चुनकर आ रहे हैं लेकिन उन्होंने यहां ना तो सिंचाई की कोई व्यवस्था की। ना ही बच्चों की बेहतर पढ़ाई के लिए कॉलेज खोले गए और ना ही इलाज के लिए अस्पताल और डॉक्टरों की कोई व्यवस्था है। ना किसी को भी सरकारी नौकरी नहीं मिली। हालात ये हैं कि, इस क्षेत्र के लोग मेहनत, मजदूरी के लिए दूसरे शहरों में जा रहे हैं। वहीं शिवराज सिंह ने कहा कि, भाजपा की सरकार बनते ही यहां के सूखे खेतों में सिंचाई के लिए पानी पहुंचाया जाएगा, कॉलेज खोले जाएंगे और नए स्वरोजगार सृजित किए जाएंगे ताकि यहां के बच्चों को बाहर ना जाना पड़े। श्री चौहान ने कहा कि, मैं मध्यप्रदेश का चार बार मुख्यमंत्री रहा हूं, और मेरे क्षेत्र बुधनी में आकर देख लीजिए एक दर्जन कॉलेज है, सड़कों का जाल बिछा है, सिंचाई के लिए पानी की भरपूर व्यवस्था है। बुधनी क्षेत्र में तीन फसलें होती है, धान, गेंहू और मूंग। यहां तो एक ही फसल होती है, क्योंकि सिंचाई के लिए पानी ही नहीं है। हेमंत सोरेन में ही पानी नहीं बचा तो सिंचाई के लिए क्या पानी देंगे..

खिसियानी बिल्ली खंभा नोचें

केन्द्रीय मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने राहुल गांधी पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि, राहुल गांधी कहते हैं कि, मैं मोहब्बत की दुकान चलाता हूं और मोहब्बत की दुकान की ये भाषा है कि, भाजपा जहरीला सांप है, इसे मार देना चाहिए, ये तो नफरत की पराकाष्ठा है। नफरत से भरे लोग खुद देश में नफरत फैला रहे हैं। पहले इन्होंने धर्म के आधार पर देश का विभाजन किया अब जातियों में बांटकर फिर देश के टुकड़े-टुकड़े करना चाहते हैं, लेकिन भारत की जनता इस नफरत का करारा जवाब देगी। भारत में तो हमारे ऋषियों ने कहा है कि, वसुधैव कुटुंबकम, विश्व बंधु भारत प्रेम का संदेश देता है, लेकिन नफरत से भरी कांग्रेस बार-बार देश को तोड़ने का काम करती है और ये पराजय की मानसिकता है। हरियाणा में कांग्रेस चारों खाने चित्त हो गई। अब उन्हें आभास हो गया है कि, वो महाराष्ट्र और झारखंड में भी नहीं जीत रहें हैं इसलिए बौखलाई भाषा बोल रहे हैं। खिसियानी बिल्ली खंभा नोचें। चौहान ने कहा कि, महाराष्ट्र और झारखंड की जनता भारतीय जनता पार्टी के साथ खड़ी है और हम दोनों राज्यों में जीत का परचम लहराएंगे..

घुसपैठियों के घरों पर JMM का झंडा

केन्द्रीय मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि, झारखंड में हमारी रोटी, बेटी और माटी खतरे में है। यहां जमीनों और संसाधनों पर बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों का कब्जा हो रहा है। इन्हे पहचानना बहुत जरूरी है। हम भारत के हर नागरिक का आदर करते हैं, लेकिन ये देश है, धर्मशाला नहीं है कि, बांग्लादेश से आने वाले यहां कहीं भी बस जाएं, हम ये नहीं होने देंगे। आज संथाल परगना के ये हालात है कि, वहां आदिवासी आबादी 40% से घटकर 28% बची है। अगर आज भी नहीं चेते तो पूरे झारखंड पर बांग्लादेशियों का कब्जा हो जाएगा। शिवराज सिंह ने कहा कि, असम में घुसपैठ की समस्या थी, लेकिन जब से असम में हिमंता बिसवा सरमा जी मुख्यमंत्री बने हैं, तब से एक भी घुसपैठिया वहाँ आ नहीं सकता। सोरेन सरकार घुसपैठियों को संरक्षण देती है। वोटर लिस्ट में उनके नाम जोड़ती है, उनके आधार कार्ड, राशन कार्ड बनवाती है। झारखंड में जेएमएम का झंडा कब्जे का लाइसेंस हो गया है। घुसपैठियों के घर पर JMM का झण्डा लहरा रहा है। झारखंड वालो जाग जाओ नहीं तो जेएमएम वाले और विदेशी घुसपैठिए झारखंड को बर्बाद कर देंगे। श्री चौहान ने कहा कि, मैं वचन देता हूं कि, भाजपा की सरकार बनते ही घुसपैठियों को चिन्हित कर ट्रेनों में भरकर वापस बांग्लादेश भेज दिया जाएगा..

बहनों की जिंदगी बदलना, भाजपा का अभियान

केन्द्रीय कृषि मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि, पांच साल पहले हेमंत सोरेन ने बहनों से वादा किया था कि, उन्हें हर महीने 2 हजार रूपए चूल्हा खर्च के लिए दिए जाएंगे। 4 साल 10 महीने बहनों की याद नहीं आई और चुनाव के दो महीने पहले एक नई योजना बनाकर वोटों की लालच में बहनों के खाते में 1-1 हजार रूपए डाल दिए। हेमंत सोरेन के वादे के मुताबिक अगर बहनों को हर महीने 2 हजार रूपए दिए जाते तो एक साल का 24 हजार रूपए होता है और पांच साल का 1 लाख 20 हजार रूपए होता है, लेकिन जेएमएम ने केवल 2 हजार रूपए दिए। हेमंत सोरेन बहनों के हक का 1 लाख 18 हजार रूपए भी डकार गए, लेकिन भारतीय जनता पार्टी जो कहती है वो करती भी है। हम मध्यप्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, असम, छत्तीसगढ़ और ओडिशा में बहनों को सम्मान राशि दे रहे हैं और झारखंड में भाजपा की सरकार बनते ही गोगो दीदी योजना के तहत बहनों को हर महीने की 11 तारीख को 2100 रूपए की राशि खाते में दी जाएगी। ताकि बहनों की जिंदगी में बदलवा आ सके, वो आत्मनिर्भर बन सके। इतना ही नहीं यहां बहनों को गैस सिलेंडर 500 रूपए में दिया जाएगा और त्योहारों पर दो बार गैसे सिलेंडर मुफ्त दिए जाएंगे..

2 लाख 87 हजार पद भरे जाएंगे

केन्द्रीय कृषि मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि, झारखंड की सरकार ने युवा, नौजवानों के साथ भी धोखा किया है। हेमंत सोरेन ने वादा किया था कि, युवाओं को 5 लाख सरकारी नौकरियां और 5 से 7 हजार रूपए बेरोजगारी भत्ता देंगें, लेकिन ना तो नौकरी मिली ना ही बेरोजगारी भत्ता मिला। झारखंड के युवा नौकरी के लिए दर-दर भटर रहे हैं। हेमंत सोरेन ने चुनाव से दो महीने पहले उत्पाद सिपाही भर्ती के नाम पर युवाओं को कड़ी धूप में ऐसा दौड़ाया कि, 19 बच्चों को अपनी जान से हाथ धोना पड़ा। माँ घर पर इंतज़ार कर रही थी कि, बेटा सिपाही की वर्दी पहनकर घर लौटेगा लेकिन बेटा कफन ओढ़कर लौटा। ये हादसा नहीं हत्या है। यहां पेपरलीक कर बच्चों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ किया गया है। सिपाही भर्ती और पेपरलीक मामले की जांच करवा कर दोषियों को जेल भेजा जाएगा। वहीं शिवराज सिंह ने कहा कि, झारखंड में भाजपा की सरकार बनते ही पहली कैबिनेट में खाली पड़े 2 लाख 87 हजार पदों को भरने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दी जाएगी। बाकायदा कैलेंडर बनाकर तय किया जाएगा कि, कब परीक्षा होगी, कब रिज़ल्ट आएगा और कब नियुक्ति पत्र दिए जाएंगे। साथ ही ग्रेजुएट और पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट युवाओं को अच्छी नौकरी की तैयारी के लिए दो साल तक हर महीने 2 हजार रूपए की राशि दी जाएगी..

झारखंड में चारों तरफ मची लूट

केन्द्रीय मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा कि, जेएमएम, कांग्रेस और आरजेडी की गठबंधन सरकार ने झारखंड को लूटकर खोखला कर दिया है। इन्होंने जल, वन, खनिज कुछ भी नहीं छोड़ा। हालात ये हैं कि, इनके नेता, मंत्रियों के घरों से नोटों के पहाड़ बरामद हो रहे हैं। ये पैसा हेमंत सोरेन का नहीं बल्कि झारखंड की जनता के खून-पसीने की कमाई का पैसा है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी ने यहां पाइप लाइन बिछाकर हर घर में नल से जल देने के लिए हजारों करोड़ रूपए भेजे थे, लेकिन सोरेन और उनके करीबी, जल जीवन मिशन का पैसा भी खा गए। किसी गांव और घर में नल नहीं लगे। ये लोग मनरेगा, प्राधानमंत्री आवास और गरीबों के राशन का तक पैसा डकार गए। बालू तो यहां बाल्टियों में रखकर किलो से बेची जा रही है। गरीबों को मकान बनाने के लिए बालू नहीं मिल रही है और जेएमएम वाले बालू बांग्लादेश तक पहुंचा रहे हैं। पिछले पांच सालों में जनता से किया गया एक वादा भी पूरा नहीं किया। यहां भोली-भाली जनता त्राही-त्राही कर रही है। जेएमएम-कांग्रेस के राज में झारखंड की जनता सुखी नहीं है..

गिरीडीह: झारखंड विधानसभा चुनाव के दूसरे और आखिरी चरण की वोटिंग से ठीक पहले झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा (JMM) को बड़ा झटका लगा है। गिरिडीह के जमुआ क्षेत्र में JMM की नेता गीता हाजरा ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी (BJP) जॉइन कर लिया। गीता हाजरा दिवंगत पूर्व विधायक बलदेव हाजरा की बहू हैं। बलदेव हाजरा जमुआ से तीन बार विधायक रह चुके थे।

बीती रात BJP के झारखंड प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी और केंद्रीय मंत्री अन्नपूर्णा देवी की मौजूदगी में गीता हाजरा ने पार्टी की सदस्यता ग्रहण की। भाजपा में शामिल होने के बाद गीता हाजरा ने कहा कि JMM में उन्हें लगातार उपेक्षित किया जा रहा था। उन्होंने बताया कि JMM के वरिष्ठ नेताओं ने तीन बार जमुआ विधानसभा सीट से टिकट देने का आश्वासन दिया था, लेकिन एक बार भी टिकट नहीं दिया गया।

दिल्ली में वायु प्रदूषण खतरनाक स्तर पर पहुंच गया है। GRAP-4 के तहत सख्ती लागू कर दी गई है। स्थिति इतनी गंभीर है कि स्कूल बंद हैं, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मास्क पहनने की सलाह दी है और वर्क फ्रॉम होम की मांग तेज हो गई है।

सोमवार को AQI 500 की अधिकतम सीमा तक पहुंच गया, जो छह वर्षों में दूसरी सबसे खराब स्थिति है।

15 निगरानी स्टेशनों ने गंभीर श्रेणी का डेटा दर्ज किया।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का निर्देश:

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कोर्ट परिसर में मास्क पहनने और स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा उपाय अपनाने की सलाह दी है।

GRAP-4 के प्रावधानों को सख्ती से लागू करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।

स्कूलों की स्थिति: 

पहले 10वीं कक्षा तक स्कूलों को ऑनलाइन करने के आदेश दिए गए थे।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट की सख्ती के बाद अब 12वीं तक की कक्षाओं को भी स्थगित कर दिया गया है।

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री आतिशी ने बयान जारी कर कहा कि पढ़ाई ऑनलाइन होगी।

उड़ानों और ट्रेनों पर असर:

कम दृश्यता के कारण इंदिरा गांधी अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डे पर 14 उड़ानों को जयपुर और देहरादून डायवर्ट किया गया।

कई ट्रेनें भी विलंबित हुई हैं।

एयर प्यूरीफायर और मास्क की मांग बढ़ी:

वायु प्रदूषण बढ़ने के साथ एयर प्यूरीफायर और मास्क की बिक्री में 70% तक की वृद्धि हुई है।

व्यापारियों का कहना है कि लोग स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा के लिए इन उत्पादों को आवश्यक मान रहे हैं।

अलग-अलग समय पर कार्यालय खोलने के निर्देश:

दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल ने सरकारी कार्यालयों को अलग-अलग समय पर खोलने के आदेश दिए:

दिल्ली सरकार और नगर निगम कार्यालय: सुबह 8:30 बजे से शाम 5:00 बजे तक।

GNCTD के कार्यालय: सुबह 10:00 बजे से शाम 6:30 बजे तक।

Low visibility at Indira Gandhi International Airport led to the diversion of 14 flights to Jaipur and Dehradun.

Several trains have also been delayed.

The worsening air pollution has led to a 70% increase in the sale of air purifiers and masks.

Traders report that residents consider these items essential for protecting their health.

Staggered Office Timings:

The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi has ordered staggered office hours for government offices:

Delhi Government and Municipal Corporation Offices: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

GNCTD Offices: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश: 12वीं तक के सभी स्कूल बंद

दिल्ली में प्रदूषण की गंभीर स्थिति को देखते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने बड़ा आदेश दिया है। कोर्ट ने दिल्ली-NCR में अब 10वीं और 12वीं की कक्षाओं को भी बंद करने का निर्देश दिया है। इससे पहले बाकी सभी कक्षाएं पहले ही बंद कर दी गई थीं। अब 12वीं तक के सभी स्कूल बंद कर दिए गए हैं। आदेश के अनुसार, अब सभी कक्षाओं की पढ़ाई ऑनलाइन होगी। मामले की अगली सुनवाई शुक्रवार को होगी।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दिल्ली में बढ़ते वायु प्रदूषण के स्तर पर चिंता जताते हुए दिल्ली सरकार से ग्रैप-4 (ग्रेडेड रिस्पांस एक्शन प्लान) लागू करने में देरी को लेकर सवाल किए हैं। साथ ही, कोर्ट ने सख्त आदेश दिया है कि ग्रैप-4 की पाबंदियां हटाने के लिए अदालत की पूर्व अनुमति लेनी होगी।
