निरसा में दहाड़े योगी आदित्यनाथ, बोले- बटेंगे तो कटेंगे, एक रहेंगे तो सेफ रहेंगे

उत्तर प्रदेश के सीएम योगी आदित्यनाथ ने धनबाद के निरसा में चुनावी जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए कांग्रेस और आरजेडी पर जमकर निशाना साधा. उन्होंने कहा कि झारखंड में घुसपैठियों को बसाने की साजिश चल रही है. सिर्फ बीजेपी ही इन घुसपैठियों को भगा सकती है.

 यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री और बीजेपी के स्टार प्रचारक योगी आदित्यनाथ ने धनबाद के निरसा विधानसभा में चुनावी जनसभा को संबोधित किया. इस दौरान योगी आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि 13 नवंबर को हुई वोटिंग से ये साफ नजर आ रहा है कि झारखंड में बीजेपी पूर्ण बहुमत से सरकार बना रही है. उन्होंने इंडिया गठबंधन पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि झारखंड ने तय कर लिया है कि राज्य को लूटने वाले कांग्रेस, झामुमो, आरजेडी इन सबको सत्ता से बेदखल करके रहना है.

झारखंड निर्माण का कांग्रेस-आरजेडी ने किया विरोध : योगी

आदित्यनाथ ने कहा कि जब झारखंड को बनाने को लेकर संसद में चर्चा हो रही थी तब कांग्रेस और आरजेडी ने विरोध किया था. कांग्रेस और आरजेडी ने यहां लूट मचा रखी है. अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने 15 नवंबर 2000 को झारखंड का निर्माण किया था, उनका सपना था कि विकसित झारखंड बनाएंगे. अगर झारखंड विकास करेगा तो देश विकास करेगा. पिछले 24 सालों से झारखंड और पीछे चला गया. कांग्रेस और आरजेडी, झामुमो की गोद में बैठकर झारखंड को लूटने का काम कर रही है. उन्होंने माले पर तंज कसते हुए कहा कि ये लोग झारखंड को नक्सलवाद का गढ़ बनाने को उतारू हैं.

केंद्र सरकार की उपलब्धियां गिनवाई

 योगी ने कहा कि केंद्र की मोदी सरकार दिल्ली से राशन भेजती है तो ये कांग्रेस, झामुमो, कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी राशन रास्ते में खा लेते हैं. पहले आतंकवादियों के खिलाफ केंद्र सरकार की नीति कमजोर थी लेकिन आज की सरकार का नियम है हम किसी को छेड़ेंगे नहीं लेकिन कोई छेड़ेगा तो छोड़ेंगे नहीं. आज देश में सुरक्षा का माहौल है. मोदी सरकार ने आवास, शौचालय, इलाज के लिए आयुष्मान कार्ड बनवा रहे हैं. योगी आदित्यनाथ निरसा विधानसभा क्षेत्र की बीजेपी प्रत्याशी अपर्णा सेन गुप्ता के लिए वोट मांगने और प्रचार करने आए थे.

योगी ने कहा कि ये सारी पार्टी कांग्रेस, माले, राजद, झामुमो सभी रांची जा कर भ्रष्टाचार करते हैं. ये सभी एक ही थाली के चट्टे बट्टे हैं. बता दें, झारखंड में पहले चरण के चुनाव हो चुके हैं और 20 नवंबर को दूसरे चरण के लिए वोट डाले जाने हैं.

प्रथम चरण की ईवीएम, वीवीपैट स्ट्रांग रूम में सील: के रवि कुमार

रांची: मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी के. रवि कुमार ने कहा है कि प्रथम चरण की 43 विधानसभा सीटों पर संपन्न मतदान के बाद ईवीएम, वीवीपैट आदि स्ट्रांग रूम पहुंच चुके हैं और उन्हें सील कर दिया गया है। स्ट्रांग रूम में त्रिस्तरीय सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की गई है। सभी 15 जिलों के स्ट्रांग रूम की सुरक्षा के लिए प्रत्येक में एक-एक कंपनी अर्धसैनिक बल तैनात है। उन्होंने प्रथम चरण के शांतिपूर्ण मतदान के लिए मतदाताओं का आभार जताते हुए बताया कि किसी भी बूथ पर पुनर्मतदान नहीं होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में मतदान अपेक्षानुसार हुआ है, लेकिन शहरी क्षेत्रों में मतदान प्रतिशत कम रहा है।

आगामी चुनावों को ध्यान में रखते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग शहरी क्षेत्रों में मतदान प्रतिशत बढ़ाने पर विशेष ध्यान देगा। हालांकि, 2019 के विधानसभा चुनावों की तुलना में इस बार 3 प्रतिशत अधिक मतदान हुआ है। वह गुरुवार को निर्वाचन सदन, धुर्वा में पत्रकार वार्ता में बोल रहे थे। उन्होंने बताया कि 43 सीटों पर हुए मतदान का प्रतिशत 66.48% रहा है।

इंड ऑफ पोल डेटा में मामूली बढ़ोतरी संभावित है, और पोस्टल बैलेट का पूरा डेटा आने के बाद मतदान प्रतिशत में कुछ और बढ़ोतरी हो सकती है। उन्होंने जानकारी दी कि मतदान के दिन विभिन्न मामलों में कुल दस केस दर्ज किए गए हैं, जिनमें कांके, हटिया और रांची में एक-एक, जमशेदपुर पूर्वी में चार, जमशेदपुर पश्चिमी में दो और पलामू में एक मामला दर्ज हुआ है।

एक सवाल के जवाब में उन्होंने कहा कि चुनाव आयोग की आदर्श आचार संहिता के प्रभावी रहने के दौरान भी पहले से चालू योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन पर कोई रोक नहीं होती। उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि राज्य में आदर्श आचार संहिता लागू होने के बाद से अब तक विभिन्न एजेंसियों द्वारा कुल 2 अरब 13 करोड़ से अधिक की अवैध सामग्री और नकदी जब्त की जा चुकी है।

With the upcoming phases in mind, the Election Commission will focus on increasing the voting percentage in urban areas. However, this time, voter turnout has been 3% higher than in the 2019 assembly elections. He was speaking at a press conference at the Nirvachan Sadan in Dhurwa on Thursday. He informed that the voter turnout on these 43 seats was 66.48%.

A slight increase is expected in the end-of-poll data, and once the postal ballot data is complete, there might be a marginal rise in the final turnout percentage. He also reported that a total of ten cases were registered on the day of voting, including one each in Kanke, Hatia, and Ranchi, four in Jamshedpur East, two in Jamshedpur West, and one in Palamu.

In response to a question, he clarified that even during the enforcement of the Election Commission's Model Code of Conduct, the implementation of previously ongoing schemes is not halted. He added that since the Model Code of Conduct has been in effect in the state, more than Rs. 2.13 billion worth of illegal materials and cash have been seized by various agencies.

जेल से निकलते ही ठोक डाला

पटना---भोरे-भोर घर से शौच के लिए निकले 65 साल के धीरेंद्र बिंद को गोली मार दी गई। पहले से घात लगाये अपराधियों ने उसके सिर में गोली मारी और फरार हो गये। वहीं उसके प्राण निकल गये। खबर पाकर मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में कर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया। घटनास्थल पर FSL और डॉग स्क्वाड की टीमें भी जांच कर रही है। यह दुस्सहासिक वारदात पटना के धनरूआ थाना क्षेत्र के वीर गांव से सामने आई है। जानकारी के मुताबिक मृतक हत्या के इल्जाम में जेल में बंद था। कुछ दिन पहले ही जेल से निकला था।

वहीं मृतक के परिवार वालों का इल्जाम है कि साल 2018 में वीर गांव के वीरांची बिंद की हत्या हुई थी, उसी के घरवालों ने इस कांड को अंजाम दिया है। पुलिस हर एंगल से मामले की जांच में जुटी है।

रंजित हत्याकांड का खुलासा ना होने से झारखंड के इस क्षेत्र में नहीं पड़े एक भी वोट

झारखंड : चतरा के प्रतापपुर प्रखंड के नवरत्नपुर के बूथ संख्या 201 में चुनाव के पहले चरण के मतदान में बीते दिन 13 नवंबर को एक भी वोट नहीं पड़े। जानकारी के अनुसार यहां के ग्रामीणों ने विगत 28 सितंबर को हुए गांव के युवक रंजित यादव की मौत का अब तक खुलासा नहीं होने के विरोध में इन्होने वोट का बहिष्कार किया है।

 वही इस संबंध में मृतक के परिजनों का कहना है कि रंजित की हत्या करने के बाद उनके शव को पेड़ से लटका कर आत्महत्या बताने की कोशिश की गई थी। पुलिस द्वारा इस हत्याकांड का अब तक खुलासा नहीं होने से नाराज नवरत्नपुर के ग्रामीणों ने चुनाव में वोट का बहिष्कार कर दिया। ग्रामीणों का विरोध इतना अधिक था कि मतदान केंद्र पर किसी भी राजनीतिक दल का कोई पोलिंग एजेंट भी मौजूद नहीं था
