विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले पुलिस को मिली बड़ी सफलता,20 किलो गांजा व 125 लीटर अवैध विदेशी शराब जब्त…

दुमका: बिहार में शराबबंदी के कारण दुमका जैसे सीमावर्ती जिलों में अवैध और नकली शराब का कारोबार तेजी से पनप रहा है.

 विशेषकर विधानसभा चुनावों के मद्देनज़र, प्रशासन पूरी तरह सतर्क है और पुलिस लगातार छापेमारी कर रही है. शनिवार को एसपी पीतांबर सिंह खेरवार को मिली एक गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर, जामा और मुफस्सिल थाना की पुलिस ने अलग-अलग कार्रवाई करते हुए 20 किलो गांजा और 125 लीटर अवैध विदेशी शराब जब्त की है.

नामी-गिरामी कंपनी के नकली शराब बरामद, बड़ी मात्रा में ढक्कन भी मिले पुलिस ने जो शराब जब्त की है वह शराब प्रसिद्ध ब्रांड्स के नाम पर नकली रूप में बेची जा रही थी, जिसकी पैकेजिंग भी स्थानीय स्तर पर ही की जा रही है. इससे पहले भी पुलिस ने काठीकुंड में छापेमारी कर इस नकली शराब कारोबार का भंडाफोड़ किया था. इस बार भी बड़ी मात्रा में शराब के साथ रैपर, ढक्कन और “गर्वमेंट ऑफ पंजाब” का सील स्टिकर बरामद हुआ है, जिससे साफ होता है कि दुमका के कई क्षेत्रों में यह अवैध कारोबार व्यापक स्तर पर फैला हुआ है. इस नकली शराब की गुणवत्ता कैसी है और क्या इसे पीना सुरक्षित भी है या नहीं, इसकी जांच अत्यंत आवश्यक है.

छापेमारी टीम गयी थी गांजा जब्त करने, मौके से मिली शराब , शनिवार की देर शाम प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में एसपी पीतांबर सिंह खेरवार ने जानकारी दी कि शुक्रवार रात उन्हें सूचना मिली थी कि जामा और मुफस्सिल इलाकों में अवैध रूप से गांजा और शराब की बिक्री हो रही है. इस सूचना के आधार पर जरमुंडी के एसडीपीओ अमित कच्छप और सदर के विजय महतो के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष टीम का गठन किया गया. शनिवार की सुबह, पुलिस टीम ने दोनों स्थानों पर छापेमारी की. जामा में महारो चौक स्थित बाउरी टोला में, राजेश चटर्जी के घर पर पुलिस ने छापा मारा और वहां से लगभग 12 किलो गांजा बरामद किया. पूछताछ के दौरान राजेश ने बताया कि वह पहले छोटे स्तर पर काम करता था, लेकिन अब उसे नियमित रूप से बड़ी मात्रा में गांजा सप्लाई किया जाने लगा है.

गांजा के साथ 13 पेटी नकली शराब बरामद

सदर एसडीपीओ के नेतृत्व में एक अन्य टीम ने मुफस्सिल थाना क्षेत्र के हरिपुर गांव में कामेश्वर हांसदा के घर पर छापा मारा. यहां, एसबेस्टस की दो कोठरियों में एक बड़े बोरे में छुपाकर रखे गये आठ किलो गांजा बरामद किया गया. तलाशी के दौरान कामेश्वर के घर से एक ब्रांडेड कंपनी की 13 पेटी शराब, दूसरी शराब कंपनी के 46 ढक्कन, एक हजार नकली स्टिकर और पंजाब सरकार की सील वाले 25 पत्ते स्टीकर भी मिले.

काठीकुंड के नकली शराब बनाने वाले गिरोह से संबंध

जांच में यह भी सामने आया कि कामेश्वर का संबंध काठीकुंड में दो महीने पहले पकड़े गये छह शराब तस्करों से भी है. इस छापेमारी में जामा थाना की पुलिस ने राजेश चटर्जी के घर से 12 किलो गांजा, और मुफस्सिल थाना की पुलिस ने हरिपुर में कामेश्वर हांसदा के घर से 8 किलो गांजा व 13 पेटी (लगभग 125 लीटर) शराब बरामद की.पुलिस ने दोनों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है.

10 लाख गांजे हुए बरामद गांजे की कुल कीमत करीब 10 लाख रुपये आंकी गयी है. एसपी ने बताया कि गांजा के अवैध कारोबार करने वालों की पहचान कर दबिश दी जाएगी. जामा थाना प्रभारी के बयान पर मामला दर्ज किया गया है. मौके पर डीएसपी अमित रविदास, एसडीपीओ अमित कच्छप, विजय महतो, जामा थाना प्रभारी अजीत कुमार व मुफस्सिल के पुलिस इंस्पेक्टर कुमार सत्यम आदि मौजूद थे.

Counterfeit Liquor from Well-Known Brands Seized; Large Number of Caps Found The liquor seized by the police was being sold as counterfeit under the names of famous brands, with the packaging done locally. Earlier, the police had busted a similar counterfeit liquor operation in Kathikund. This time too, along with a large quantity of liquor, wrappers, caps, and “Government of Punjab” seal stickers were recovered, indicating the widespread nature of this illegal business in various parts of Dumka. It's essential to test the quality of this fake liquor to determine if it’s safe for consumption.

Raid Team Went to Seize Marijuana, Found Liquor on Site In a press conference late Saturday evening, SP Pitambar Singh Kherwar informed that on Friday night, he received information that marijuana and liquor were being sold illegally in the Jama and Mufassil areas. Based on this information, a special team was formed under the leadership of SDPO Amit Kachhap from Jarmundi and Vijay Mahato from Sadar. On Saturday morning, the police team conducted raids at both locations. In Jama, a raid was conducted at Rajesh Chatterjee’s house in Bauri Tola, near Maharo Chowk, where approximately 12 kg of marijuana was seized. During questioning, Rajesh revealed that he initially worked on a small scale but had recently started receiving larger supplies of marijuana regularly.

13 Cases of Counterfeit Liquor Seized Along with Marijuana Another team, led by Sadar SDPO, raided the house of Kameshwar Hansda in Haripur village, Mufassil police station area. Here, they found around 8 kg of marijuana hidden in two asbestos sheds, as well as 13 cases of branded counterfeit liquor, 46 caps of another liquor brand, 1,000 fake stickers, and 25 sheets of Punjab government seals.

Links to Counterfeit Liquor Syndicate in Kathikund The investigation also revealed that Kameshwar was connected to six liquor smugglers arrested in Kathikund two months ago. During these raids, the Jama police seized 12 kg of marijuana from Rajesh Chatterjee’s house, while the Mufassil police seized 8 kg of marijuana and 13 cases (around 125 liters) of liquor from Kameshwar Hansda’s residence. Both accused were arrested and sent to jail.

Seized Marijuana Worth 1 Million Rupees The total estimated value of the seized marijuana is approximately 1 million rupees. The SP stated that efforts would be made to identify and apprehend others involved in the illegal marijuana trade. A case has been registered based on the statement of the Jama police station in-charge. Present at the scene were DSP Amit Ravidas, SDPO Amit Kachhap, Vijay Mahato, Jama police station in-charge Ajit Kumar, and Mufassil police inspector Kumar Satyam.

बताते चलें शनिवार की शाम मुंबई ट्रैफिक पुलिस के Whatsapp पर एख अंजान नंबर से संदेश मिला था। इसमें कहा गया था कि अगर आदित्यनाथ 10 दिन के अंदर मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा नहीं देते हैं तो उनका भी बाबा सिद्दीकी जैसा हाल होगा।

जांच के दौरान पुलिस को पता चला कि यह संदेश फातिमा खान (Fatima Khan) के नंबर से आया था। जिसके बाद मुंबई एंटी टेररिजम स्क्वॉड ने पुलिस के साथ मिलकर ऑपरेशन चलाया और महिला को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।
