राहुल गांधी 20 दिनों में दूसरी बार आ रहे बिहार, जगलाल चौधरी के जयंती समारोह में होंगे शामिल…

 आजादी के परवाने कार्यकम में शामिल होने के लिए कांग्रेस सांसद राहुल गांधी बुधवार को पटना आ रहे हैं. 5 फ़रवरी की सुबह 9.40 बजे वो पटना एयरपोर्ट पहुंचेंगे. 20 दिनों बाद दोबारा बिहार दौरे पर आए राहुल गांधी दोपहर 1 बजे पटना के श्री कृष्णा मेमोरियल हॉल में आयोजित जगलाल चौधरी के जयंती पर आजादी के परवाने कार्यक्रम में शिरकत करेंगे. इस बात की जानकारी बिहार कांग्रेस के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अखिलेश सिंह ने दी. उन्होंने कहा कि राहुल गांधी लोकसभा के सत्र के दौरान में बिहार आएंगे यह संभव नहीं लग रहा था.

जगलाल चौधरी के बारे में जानने का मौका मिलेगा

अखिलेश सिंह ने मीडिया को बताया कि राहुल गांधी फिर से पटना आ रहे हैं. 5 फरवरी को जगलाल चौधरी की जयंती समारोह पटना के श्री कृष्ण मेमोरियल हॉल आयोजित की गयी है जिसमें वो शामिल होंगे. जगलाल चौधरी पासी समाज से आते थे. एमबीबीएस की पढ़ाई छोड़कर उन्होंने आजादी की लड़ाई में गांधी जी का साथ दिया था. जगलाल चौधरी आबकारी मंत्री भी थे. उन्होंने देशभर में शराबबंदी लागू किया था. जगलाल चौधरी एक बहुत बड़े सामाजिक व्यक्ति थे. अखिलेश सिंह ने कहा कि बिहार के युवाओं को जगलाल चौधरी के बारे में जानने का मौका मिलेगा.

बिहार में बढ़ रहा कांग्रेस का जनाधार

अखिलेश ने कहा कि बिहार में कांग्रेस किसी की पिछलग्गू नहीं है. कांग्रेस का जनाधार बिहार में लगातार बढ़ रहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि कांग्रेस राष्ट्रीय पार्टी है. कांग्रेस का इतिहास पुराना है. उन्होंने सवालिया लहजे में कहा कि राजद की स्थापना कब हुई. बीजेपी के साथ आरजेडी कभी नहीं गई है. कांग्रेस ने भी हमेशा बीजेपी का विरोध किया है. सेकुलर पार्टी होने के नाते राजद हमारा विश्वसनीय सहयोगी रहा है. कांग्रेस को जो अंडर एस्टीमेट करेगा वह उसकी मूर्खता है. देश के गली मोहल्लों में कांग्रेस के जाने वाले और मानने वाले लोग मिलते है. एनडीए 225 सीटों को जीतने का लक्ष्य लेकर चल रही है हम 243 का लक्ष्य रखा है.

Akhilesh Singh told the media that Rahul Gandhi is coming to Patna again. Jaglal Chaudhary's birth anniversary celebrations were held on February 5 at the Sri Krishna Memorial Hall in Patna. Jaglal Chaudhary came from the Pasi community. He left MBBS and supported Gandhiji in the freedom struggle. Jaglal Chaudhary was also the Excise Minister. He had imposed prohibition of liquor across the country. Jaglal Chaudhary was a very big social person. Akhilesh Singh said the youth of Bihar will get an opportunity to know about Jaglal Chaudhary.

Tejasvi and Tej Pratap get bail in the Land-for-Job case.

Reporter: Wakeel Ahmad, Patna (Bihar): Tejasvi Yadav, along with eight others accused in land -for -job case, was granted bail  on October 7, 2024 at the Rouse Avenue Court,New Delhi. 

Former Bihar CM Lalu Prasad Yadav  including his two sons Tejasvi–Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav were granted bail in money laundering .

When Lalu Prasad Yadav became  the railway minister in the UPA -I. It is alleged that lots of people were appointed to Group D positions in various zones when Lalu Prasad was the railway minister for which lands were transferred to the family in between 2004 to 2009.

Special Judge Vishal Gogne of the Rouse Avenue Court granted bail to the accused on bonds of ₹1 lakh each and noted that they were not arrested during the investigation of the case. The bail was hailed by Tejasvi  Yadav ,saying that his and his family victory was certain .He ,however, blamed BJP for hatching a conspiracy against his family. Tejasvi  further said that BJP is hell bent on targeting and RJD leader  Lalu Prasad yadav and his family. 

Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) while investigating the case in 2022 ,it alleged that the appointment of group D post was made in different zones of the According to the CBI, no advertisements or any public notice had been issued for the appointment of substitutes, yet the candidates in question were inducted in different zonal railways located in Mumbai, Jabalpur, Kolkata, Jaipur and Hajipur. Their applications and documents were collected through some persons and In October 2022, the CBI had filed the first charge sheet in the case. 

The Enforcement Directorate is conducting a money-laundering probe on the basis of the agency's  case. Earlier, the ED had alleged to have detected “proceeds of crime” worth ₹600 crore for processing.
