यहां याद दिला दें कि बीती शाम नगड़ी थाना क्षेत्र के कतरपा गांव में बेखौफ बदमाशों ने बुधराम मुंडा और मनोज कच्छप को सरेराह गोली मार दी। दोनों रिश्ते में चाचा-भतीजा लगते थे। स्कूटी सवार बदमाश वारदात को अंजाम देने के बाद फरार हो गये। यह दुस्साहसिक वारदात तब हुई जब ये दोनों एक विसर्जन जुलूस के पीछे-पीछे जा रहे थे। 

गोली किसने और क्यों मारी अब तक खुलासा नहीं हो पाया है। मारे गये मनोज की बहन ने मीडिया को बताया कि गोली चलने की आवाज सुनकर वो भागी-भागी घर से बाहर आई, तब वो खाना खा रही थी। उसने देखा कि उसका भाई और चाचा सड़क पर गिरे थे और खून से लथपथ थे। जल्दबाजी में दोनों को हॉस्पिटल ले जाया गया, लेकिन उन्हें बचाया नहीं जा सका।

केंद्र सरकार द्वारा तीन तलाक बिल पास होने के बाबजूद दहेज़ के लिए तलाक देने का सिलसिला थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है. ताज़ा मामला मुंगेर के मुफसिल थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत बरदह से सामने आया है.जहाँ लड़की के पिता द्वारा दहेज़ में टीवी, फ्रिज और एक कट्ठा ज़मीन नहीं देने की वजह से दूल्हा और उसके परिवार द्वारा लड़की के साथ मारपीट कर तीन तलाक दे दिया गया.जिसके बाद लड़की को इलाज के लिए मुंगेर के सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया है.

जानिए क्या है मामला

जानकारी के मुताबिक 22 दिसम्बर 2024 को मुफसिल थाना के बरदह निवासी मो. नौसाद ने अपनी बेटी सानिया परवीन की शादी बड़े ही धूमधाम से बरदह के मिर्ज़ापुर निवासी मो. शिब्ली जावेद और नगमा परवीन के बेटे आसिफ जावेद के साथ किया था, लेकिन शादी के बाद से ही दूल्हा आसिफ जावेद द्वारा अपनी पत्नी सानिया परवीन के साथ मारपीट किया जाने लगा. इस मामले में दुल्हन के पिता मो. नौशाद ने बताया कि सोमवार की रात उनकी बेटी ने फोन पर पति और ससुराल वालों द्वारा गले में फांसी लगाने और मारपीट करने की बात बताई गयी. जिसके बाद नौसाद दौड़ते हुए पड़ोस में अपनी बेटी के ससुराल पहुंचे. जहाँ दुल्हन सानिया के गले में रस्सी बंधी हुई थी. किसी तरह डायल 112 को सुचना देकर लड़की को वहां से निकाला गया और इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया.

आए दिन लड़की के साथ की जाती थी मारपीट

दुल्हन के पिता मो. नौसाद के अनुसार दूल्हा और उसके परिवार वाले अक्सर उनकी बेटी के साथ मारपीट कर दहेज़ में AC, फ्रिज, कूलर, एक कट्ठा ज़मीन और पांच लाख रुपया की मांग कर रहे थे. इसके लिए कई बार पंचायत भी हुई, लेकिन दूल्हा पक्ष पर कोई असर नहीं हुआ और सोमवार को उनकी बेटी के साथ मारपीट कर हत्या की कोशिश किया गया. वहीं दुल्हन ने बताया कि दहेज़ के लिए अक्सर मेरे पति द्वारा मारपीट किया जाता है. सोमवार को भी पापा से दहेज़ में एक कट्ठा ज़मीन, पांच लाख रुपया और सामान मांगने का दवाब बनाया जा रहा था। 

ज़ब हमने इसके लिए अपने पति से कहा कि पापा देने में असमर्थ हैं तो पहले डंडे फिर लोहे के रोड और फिर रस्सी से मेरा गला दबा कर हत्या करने की कोशिश किया गया. मेरे पति और ससुराल के लोग वहशी की तरह मेरे साथ मारपीट करते हैं. किसी तरह जान बचा कर मैंने अपने पापा को फोन किया.लेकिन उससे पहले मेरे पति ने दहेज़ नहीं देने पर मुझे तलाक तलाक तलाक कह दिया.
