उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले के माणा गांव के पास ग्लेशियर टूटने से बड़ा हादसा हो गया. इस आपदा में सीमा सड़क संगठन (BRO) के ठेकेदार के तहत काम कर रहे 57 मजदूर बर्फ के नीचे दब गए.
राहत की बात यह है कि 16 मजदूरों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया गया है, लेकिन अब भी 47 मजदूरों की तलाश जारी है.
मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने जताई चिंता
झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने इस हादसे पर चिंता जताई है. उन्होंने कहा, "उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले में ग्लेशियर टूटने से कई श्रमिकों के फंसने की खबर मिली है.
BRO, ITBP और अन्य एजेंसियां राहत कार्य में लगी हुई हैं. मैं सभी श्रमिकों की सुरक्षा की कामना करता हूं."

A major accident occurred due to the breaking of the glacier near Mana village in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. In this disaster, 57 workers working under the contractor of Border Roads Organisation (BRO) got buried under the snow.
