मुंबई: यूट्यूब के पॉपुलर कॉमेडी शो ‘इंडियाज गॉट लेटेंट’ (India’s Got Latent) में अभद्र भाषा का इस्तेमाल करने को लेकर रणवीर अल्लाहबादिया, अपूर्वा मखीजा, आशीष चंचलानी और शो के होस्ट और स्टैंडअप कॉमेडियन समय रैना की मुश्किलें बढ़ गई हैं. बुधवार को इस मामले में अपूर्वा मुखर्जी और आशीष चंचलानी मुंबई पुलिस के सामने पेश हुए, जहां उनके कई तीखे सवाल किए गए. इस मामले में अभी रणवीर अल्लाहबादिया और समय रैना से पूछताछ होने बाकी है, लेकिन उससे पहले ही स्टैंडअप कॉमेडियन ने अपने इंस्टाग्राम पोस्ट पर बड़ा बयान जारी किया है. समय रैना ने अपने इंस्टा पोस्ट में बताया कि उन्होंने अपने यूट्यूब चैनल से India’s Got Latent के सभी शोज डिलीट कर दिए हैं.

‘इंडियाज गॉट लेटेंट’ के एक एपिसोड में कंटेस्टेंट के साथ हुई बातचीत के दौरान अश्लील शब्दावली का इस्तेमाल करने को लेकर शो के मेकर्स, गेस्ट और होस्ट समेत कई लोगों के खिलाफ एक्शन लिया जा रहा है. इस बीच समय रैना ने इस मामले पर अपनी सफाई देते हुए इंस्टा स्टोरी में लिखा, ‘जो कुछ भी हो रहा है, वह मेरे लिए संभालना बहुत मुश्किल हो गया है. मैंने अपने चैनल से “India’s Got Latent” के सभी वीडियो हटा दिए हैं. मेरा मकसद सिर्फ लोगों को हंसाना और अच्छा समय बिताने में मदद करना था. मैं सभी एजेंसियों के साथ पूरी तरह से सहयोग करूंगा ताकि उनकी जांच सही और निष्पक्ष तरीके से पूरी हो सके.’ प्राप्त जानकारी के मुताबिक महाराष्ट्र साइबर डिपार्टमेंट ने मंगलवार को यूट्यूब और समय रैना के वकीलों को India’s Got Talent के सारे वीडियोज हटाने के लिए लेटर लिखा था.
आशीष और अपूर्वा ने क्या कहा?
समय रैना की इस सफाई से माना जा रहा है कि वो पुलिस के एक्शन से डरे हुए हैं, इसलिए अपने यूट्यूब चैनल से India’s Got Latent के सभी एपिसोड डिलीट कर दिए हैं. पुलिस की पूछताछ के दौरान अपूर्वा और आशीष ने बताया कि यह शो स्क्रिप्टेड नहीं है. शो में जजों और कंटेस्टेंट्स को खुलकर बात करने के लिए कहा जाता है. उन्हें शो के कंटेंट को अपने सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करने की आजादी है. इस शो में बतौर ऑडियंस हिस्सा लेने के लिए टिकट खरीदना होगा. एएनआई की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, टिकट बिक्री से जो पैसा आता है वह शो के विजेता को दिया जाता है.

खार पुलिस स्टेशन के एक अधिकारी ने कहा, अपूर्वा मखीजा और रणवीर अल्लाहबादिया के मैनेजर सहित चार लोगों के बयान दर्ज किए गए – लेकिन खुद अल्लाहबादिया के नहीं. महाराष्ट्र साइबर विभाग ने मंगलवार को शो के खिलाफ प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज की थी. विवाद सामने आने के बाद महाराष्ट्र भाजपा के उत्तर भारतीय मोर्चा के पदाधिकारी नीलोत्पल मृणाल पांडे ने सोमवार को अल्लाहबादिया और अन्य के खिलाफ शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी.

I have removed all the videos of "India's Got Latent" from my channel. My intention was only to make people laugh and help them have a good time. I will fully cooperate with all the agencies so that their investigation can be completed in a proper and fair manner. ' According to the information received, the Maharashtra Cyber Department on Tuesday wrote a letter to YouTube and Samay Raina's lawyers to remove all the videos of India's Got Talent.
What did Ashish and Apoorva say?
From this clarification of Samay Raina, it is believed that he is afraid of police action, so he has deleted all the episodes of India's Got Latent from his YouTube channel. During police interrogation, Apoorva and Ashish told that the show is not scripted. The judges and contestants in the show are asked to speak openly. They have the freedom to post the content of the show on their social media. To participate in this show as an audience, one has to buy a ticket. According to the ANI report, the money that comes from ticket sales is given to the winner of the show.
Who complained?
An official of Khar police station said, statements of four people including Apoorva Makhija and Ranveer Allahbadia's manager were recorded - but not of Allahbadia himself. The Maharashtra Cyber Department had filed a First Information Report against the show on Tuesday. After the controversy came to light, Maharashtra BJP's North Indian Front official Niloptal Mrinal Pandey had filed a complaint against Allahbadia and others on Monday.
