आज दिनाँक 5 फरवरी 2025 को प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश श्री रामाशंकर सिंह के मार्गदर्शन में जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण, सराईकेला के मध्यस्थता केंद्र में एक pre लिटिगेशन मामले में मध्यस्थता के माध्यम से एक परिवार टूटने से बच गया। ज्ञात हो कि दिसम्बर 2024 माह में हुए एम्पोवेर्मेंट कैम्प के दौरान एक महिला का आवेदन जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण के पी एल भी द्वारा लेकर कार्यालय में दिया गया। सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण तौसीफ मेराज ने उक्त मामले में श्री राम गोविंद मिश्रा को मध्यस्थता करने को कहा। 

महिला का आरोप था कि उनके पति जो कि सुदूर सुरक्षा बल में पोस्टेड हैं उनसे तालमेल नही है और दोनों बेटियों के साथ एक ही छत के नीचे अजनबियों की तरह रहते हैं। मध्यस्थता केंद्र में लगातार प्रयास से मामले को सुलझा लिया गया। अब परिवार एकजुट होकर रहने को तैयार है जिससे एक टूटने के कगार पे घर को बसाया गया। सचिव तौसिफ मेराज ने कहा कि यह मामला मध्यस्थता की शक्ति को दर्शाता है, की मध्यस्थता द्वारा लगातार प्रयास से जटिल लग रहे पारिवारिक विवाद को आज सुलझा लिया गया।

Resolution through a PRE litigation case at the arbitration centre of District Legal Services Authority Seraikela.

Today, on 5th February 2025, a family escaped break-up through mediation in a pre-litigation case at the Arbitration Centre of District Legal Services Authority, Seraikela under the guidance of Principal District and Sessions Judge Shri Ramashankar Singh. It may be noted that during the Empowerment Camp held in the month of December 2024, the application of a woman was also taken to the office by the PL of the District Legal Services Authority. Secretary District Legal Services Authority Tousif Meraj asked Shri Ram Govind Mishra to mediate in the said matter.

The woman alleged that her husband, who is posted in the remote security force, was not in coordination with her and the two daughters lived under the same roof like strangers. The matter was resolved through continuous efforts at the arbitration centre. Now the family is ready to live together, which led to a house on the verge of breaking up. Secretary Tausif Meraj said the matter reflects the power of arbitration, that the family dispute, which seems complicated by continuous efforts by arbitration, was resolved today.
