अमेरिका से भारतीयों को वापस भेजे जाने पर जयशंकर ने संसद में दिया जवाब, जानें क्या क्या बताया

विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने अमेरिका द्वारा भेजे गए प्रवासी भारतीयों को लेकर बजट सत्र के दौरान गुरुवार को राज्यसभा को संबोधित किया. उन्होंने इस दौरान कहा कि डिपोर्टेशन की ये कार्रवाई कोई नई नहीं है.

आज से पहले भी जो लोग गैर-कानूनी तरीके से किसी भी दूसरे देश में रहते हुए पाए जाते थे, उन्हें उनके देश भेजा जाता था. मैं आपसे ये साफ कर देना चाहता हूं कि काम के सिलसिले में किसी नागरिक का एक देश से दूसरे देश में जाना किसी देश विशेष के विकास की कड़ी में अहम भूमिका निभाती है. हमारा मानना है कि अगर ये कानून के दायरे में हो, तो ही सही है. किसी नागरिक के किसी दूसरे देश में गैर-कानूनी तरीके से घुसने को हम कभी सपोर्ट नहीं करते. जो भी नागरिक गैर-कानूनी तरीके से किसी भी दूसरे देश में गए हैं, वो देश अपने कानून के हिसाब से उन्हें पकड़कर वापस भेजता है. ये प्रक्रिया कोई नई नहीं है.

I want to make it clear to you that a citizen's movement from one country to another in connection with work plays an important role in the development of a particular country. We believe that it is right only if it is within the ambit of law. We never support any citizen entering another country illegally. Any citizen who has gone to any other country illegally, that country catches them and sends them back according to its law. This process is not new.
