बताया जा रहा है कि DC शशि रंजन ने सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए थे कि वे सुबह 10:40 बजे तक कार्यालय में पहुंचे। इसके बाद कार्यालय बंद होने के समय 5:00 बजे तक अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराएं।
इसके साथ ही बायोमेट्रिक अटेंडेंस को अनिवार्य किया गया था। वेतन की प्रक्रिया भी केवल बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति के आधार पर की जानी थी।लेकिन जब जांच के दौरान बायोमेट्रिक अटेंडेंस के समय का मिलान किया गया। तो उसमें पाया गया कि कई अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों ने निर्धारित समय पर कार्यालय में उपस्थिति दर्ज नहीं की। इस कारण उनका वेतन रोका गया है।

A big news is coming from Palamu, Jharkhand. Here District Magistrate Shashi Ranjan has taken a strict step and stopped the salary of about 500 officers and employees including 149 doctors, more than a dozen BDOs and COs of the district. This action has been taken due to not being present in the office on time.
It is being told that DC Shashi Ranjan had given clear instructions to all the officers and employees to reach the office by 10:40 am. After this, mark your attendance by 5:00 pm at the time of office closing. Along with this, biometric attendance was made mandatory. The process of salary was also to be done only on the basis of biometric attendance. But when the time of biometric attendance was matched during the investigation. So it was found that many officers and employees did not mark their attendance in the office at the prescribed time. Due to this their salary has been stopped.
