सरायकेला: वार्षिक बोर्ड परीक्षा 2025 की तैयारी को लेकर डीसी ने की समीक्षा बैठक

जिला समाहरणालय के सभागार में शुक्रवार को उपायुक्त रविशंकर शुक्ला की अध्यक्षता में वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2025 और इंटरमीडिएट (कला, विज्ञान व वाणिज्य), परीक्षा 2025 के सफल क्रियान्वयन को लेकर सभी केंद्राधीक्षकों के साथ बैठक हुई। 

बैठक में मुख्य रूप से पुलिस अधीक्षक मुकेश लुनायत, जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी संतोष गुप्ता, कार्यपालक पदाधिकारी सतेंद्र महतो व सभी बीईईओ उपस्थित थे। इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने कहा कि अध्यक्ष, झारखंड अधिविध परिषद्, रांची द्वारा प्राप्त सूचनानुसार वार्षिक माध्यमिक परीक्षा, 2025 की सैद्धांतिक परीक्षा 11 फरवरी से तीन मार्च तक प्रथम पाली (पूर्वाह्न 09.45 से 01.00 बजे अपराह्न तक) में और इंटरमीडिएट (कला, विज्ञान व वाणिज्य) परीक्षा, 2025 की सैद्धांतिक परीक्षा इसी दिन द्वितीय पाली अपराह्न दो से 05.15 बजे अपराह्न तक संचालित होगी।  

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने संबंधित सभी पदाधिकारियों को कदाचारमुक्त व शांतिपूर्ण परीक्षा संचालन कराने के लिए कई आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि पर्याप्त रुचि लेकर पूरी तत्परता व ईमानदारी से जैक द्वारा प्राप्त दिशा निर्देश के आलोक में सभी पदाधिकारी अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वहन करें, ताकि छोटी से छोटी गलतियों की भी संभावना न रहे। समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने सभी केंद्र अधीक्षकों को परीक्षा केंद्रों का पुनः निरीक्षण कर आवश्यक मूलभूत सुविधाएं जैसे पेयजल, शौचालय, फर्नीचर, लाइट, पंखा आदि को सुदृढ़ कर लेने और ऐसे केंद्र जहां 10वीं व 12वीं के छात्र-छात्राओं की परीक्षा प्रस्तावित है, वहां विशेष पुलिस बल, महिला बल की तैनाती के लिए प्रस्ताव भेजने का निर्देश दिया। वहीं, ऐसे परीक्षा केंद्र जहां विद्यालय की बाउंड्री नहीं है, वहां विशेष सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के निमित्त पुलिस बल की तैनाती सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया। बैठक में अनुपस्थित केंद्र अधीक्षकों को उपायुक्त ने शोकॉज करने का निर्देश जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी को दिया।

A meeting was held on Friday in the auditorium of the Seraikela District Collectorate under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Ravishankar Shukla to ensure the successful implementation of the Annual Secondary Examination 2025 and the Intermediate (Arts, Science, and Commerce) Examination 2025. The meeting was attended by Superintendent of Police Mukesh Lunayat, District Education Officer Santosh Gupta, Executive Officer Satendra Mahato, and all BEEOs.

During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner stated that, as per the information received from the Chairman of the Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi, the theoretical examination for the Annual Secondary Examination 2025 will be conducted from February 11 to March 3 in the first shift (from 9:45 AM to 1:00 PM). Similarly, the theoretical examination for the Intermediate (Arts, Science, and Commerce) Examination 2025 will be conducted in the second shift on the same days (from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM).

During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner issued several important directives to all concerned officials to ensure a fair and peaceful examination process. He emphasized that all officials should perform their duties with full dedication, alertness, and honesty as per the guidelines received from JAC so that even the smallest mistakes can be avoided.

During the review, the Deputy Commissioner instructed all center superintendents to re-inspect the examination centers and strengthen basic facilities such as drinking water, toilets, furniture, lighting, and fans. He also directed that a proposal be sent for the deployment of special police forces and women personnel at centers where both 10th and 12th-grade students will be appearing for exams. Additionally, for examination centers without a boundary wall, special security arrangements should be ensured through police deployment.

The Deputy Commissioner also instructed the District Education Officer to issue a show-cause notice to the center superintendents who were absent from the meeting.
