छानबीन में यहां बरामद ड्रग अंतरराष्ट्रीय कूरियर एजेंसी के जरिये विदेशों में भेजे जाने की जानकारी मिली। इसके बाद मामले की छानबीन के आज तड़के नवी मुम्बई में 11.540 किलोग्राम उच्च गुणवत्ता वाली कोकीन, हाइड्रोपोनिक वीड, 4.9 किलोग्राम हाइब्रिड स्ट्रेन हाइड्रोपोनिक वीड/गांजा और 200 पैकेट (5.5 किलोग्राम) कैनबिस गमियां बरामद की गयी है। बरामद ड्रग्स की कीमत दो सौ करोड़ रुपये बतायी गयी है। इन चारों से गहन छानबीन जारी है। एनसीबी सूत्रों ने बताया कि नवी मुम्बई में यह ड्रग रैकेट अमेरिका से कूरियर के माध्यम से चलाया जा रहा था। गिरोह में शामिल लोग गुमनाम रूप से काम करते थे, जो नशीली दवाओं का लेन-देन करने और कानून प्रवर्तन से बचने के लिए झूठी पहचान और छद्म नामों का उपयोग करते थे। अब तक चार व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है और इस अत्यधिक संगठित ड्रग नेटवर्क के पिछड़े और आगे के सम्बन्धों का पता लगाने के लिए जांच जारी है। एनसीबी मुम्बई अन्य अपराधियों की पहचान करने और अवैध व्यापार के लिए जिम्मेदार पूरे सिंडिकेट को खत्म करने के लिए सक्रिय रूप से काम कर रहा है।
NCB Seizes Narcotics Worth ₹200 Crore in Navi Mumbai, Four Arrested
New Delhi: The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) team conducted a raid in Navi Mumbai earlyon Friday morning, seizing narcotics worth ₹200 crore. This drug racket was being operated through courier services from the United States. The NCB has arrested four individuals in connection with the case, and further investigation is underway.
NCB Mumbai sources revealed on Friday that an investigation was launched after the recent seizure of 200 grams of cocaine in Navi Mumbai. Based on this, on January 31, the NCB conducted a raid in Navi Mumbai, recovering high-grade cocaine, hydroponic weed, cannabis gummies, and ₹1,60,000 in cash. The investigation further revealed that the seized drugs were being shipped internationally through a courier agency.
Following this, in a raid conducted early today in Navi Mumbai, the NCB recovered 11.540 kg of high-quality cocaine, hydroponic weed, 4.9 kg of hybrid strain hydroponic weed/cannabis, and 200 packets (5.5 kg) of cannabis gummies. The total value of the seized drugs is estimated to be ₹200 crore. The arrested individuals are currently under thorough interrogation.
NCB sources reported that this drug racket in Navi Mumbai was being operated through courier services from the United States. The individuals involved in the syndicate worked anonymously, using fake identities and pseudonyms to conduct drug transactions and evade law enforcement. So far, four individuals have been arrested, and the investigation is ongoing to uncover the backward and forward linkages of this highly organized drug network.
NCB Mumbai is actively working to identify other criminals involved and dismantle the entire syndicate responsible for this illegal trade.
