रामदेव बाबा ने कहा कि कुछ व्यक्ति कल तक सांसारिक सुखों में लिप्त थे और अब वह अचानक संत बन गये हैं। वहीं, एक दिन में उन्हें अचानक से महामंडलेश्वर जैसी उपाधि भी मिल गई। कोई भी व्यक्ति एक दिन में संत नहीं बन सकता, इसके लिए बरसों की साधना जरूरी है। हम लोगों ने साधुता पाने के लिए 50-50 साल तक तप किया है, वहीं आजकल देखा जा रहा कि किसी को भी पकड़ कर महामंडलेश्वर बना दिया जाता है।
रामदेव बाबा ने मीडिया से कहा कि “कुछ महामंडलेश्वर बन गये, किसी के नाम के आगे बाबा जोड़ दिया गया, ओछी हरकत करके और रील्स बनाकर कुंभ को लोगों तक पहुंचाना उचित नहीं है। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि सनातन एक शाश्वत सत्य है जिसे झूठलाया नहीं जा सकता है।

Film actress Mamta Kulkarni being made a Mahamandaleshwar has left Baba Ramdev displeased. He stated, "The great Kumbh festival of Sanatan Dharma, which is deeply rooted in our traditions, is being associated with obscenity, intoxication, and improper behavior. This is not the true essence of the Mahakumbh.
Ramdev Baba expressed that some individuals who were indulging in worldly pleasures until recently have suddenly become saints. Moreover, within a day, they are being given titles like Mahamandaleshwar. He emphasized that no one can become a saint overnight; it requires years of penance and dedication. "We have spent 50 years in rigorous spiritual practice to attain sainthood, but nowadays, anyone is being made a Mahamandaleshwar without proper qualifications," he added.
Speaking to the media, he further said, "Some have become Mahamandaleshwar, while others have added the title 'Baba' to their names. Engaging in cheap acts and creating reels to promote Kumbh is not appropriate. Sanatan Dharma is an eternal truth that cannot be denied."
