पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिले के सभी छह विधानसभा क्षेत्रों में मतदान तिथि 13 नवंबर को निर्धारित की गई है। मतदान दिवस के बारे में मतदाताओं में जागरूकता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से, जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी श्री अनन्य मित्तल ने बड़े पैमाने पर जागरूकता अभियान चलाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि विधानसभा चुनाव 2024 के लिए सभी पंजीकृत मतदाताओं, जिन्हें मतदाता फोटो पहचान पत्र (EPIC) जारी किया गया है, से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे 13.11.2024 को अपने निर्धारित मतदान स्थल पर अपने पहचान पत्र के साथ पहुंचेंगे ताकि मतदान से पूर्व उनकी पहचान सुनिश्चित की जा सके। उन मतदाताओं के लिए, जो अपना EPIC प्रस्तुत करने में असमर्थ हैं, अपनी पहचान स्थापित करने हेतु निम्नलिखित 12 वैकल्पिक फोटो पहचान दस्तावेजों में से किसी एक का उपयोग किया जा सकता है:

1. आधार कार्ड

2. मनरेगा जॉब कार्ड

3. बैंक/डाकघर द्वारा जारी फोटोयुक्त पासबुक

4. श्रम मंत्रालय की योजना के तहत जारी स्वास्थ्य बीमा स्मार्ट कार्ड

5. ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस

6. पैन कार्ड

7. राष्ट्रीय जनसंख्या रजिस्टर (NPR) के अंतर्गत रजिस्ट्रार जनरल ऑफ इंडिया (RGI) द्वारा जारी स्मार्ट कार्ड

8. भारतीय पासपोर्ट

9. फोटोयुक्त पेंशन दस्तावेज

10. केंद्र/राज्य सरकार, सार्वजनिक उपक्रम, या सार्वजनिक लिमिटेड कंपनियों द्वारा अपने कर्मचारियों को जारी फोटोयुक्त सेवा पहचान पत्र

11. सांसदों/विधायकों/विधान परिषद के सदस्यों को जारी आधिकारिक पहचान पत्र

12. सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी यूनिक डिसएबिलिटी आईडी (UDID) कार्ड

Polling day for all six assembly constituencies in East Singhbhum district has been scheduled for 13 November. To promote voter awareness regarding polling day, District Election Officer Mr. Ananya Mittal has directed a large-scale awareness campaign. 

The District Election Officer stated that for the 2024 Assembly Elections, it is expected that all registered voters, who have been issued an Elector's Photo Identity Card (EPIC), will bring it with them to their designated polling station on 13.11.2024 to establish their identity before casting their vote. For voters who are unable to present their EPIC, any one of the following 12 alternative photo ID documents can be used to verify their identity:

1. Aadhaar Card

2. MGNREGA Job Card

3. Bank/Post Office issued photo passbook

4. Health Insurance Smart Card issued under the Ministry of Labour scheme

5. Driving License

6. PAN Card

7. Smart Card issued by the Registrar General of India (RGI) under NPR

9. Pension Document with photo

10. Service Identity Card with photo issued by Central/State Government, Public Sector Undertakings, or Public Limited Companies to their employees

विधानसभा निर्वाचन 2024 के अंतर्गत भारतीय दण्ड संहिता की धारा 171-ख के अनुसार, कोई व्यक्ति यदि किसी मतदाता को उनके मताधिकार का प्रयोग करने के लिए प्रेरित करने के उद्देश्य से नकद या वस्तु के रूप में कोई परितोष देता है या लेता है, तो वह एक वर्ष तक के कारावास, जुर्माना या दोनों से दण्डनीय है। इसके अतिरिक्त, भारतीय दण्ड संहिता की धारा 171-ग के अनुसार, जो व्यक्ति किसी अभ्यर्थी या अन्य व्यक्ति को चोट पहुँचाने की धमकी देता है, वह भी एक वर्ष तक के कारावास, जुर्माना या दोनों से दण्डनीय है। रिश्वत देने और लेने वालों के विरुद्ध मामले दर्ज करने और मतदाताओं को डराने-धमकाने में लिप्त लोगों पर कार्रवाई के लिए उड़न दस्ते गठित किए गए हैं।

जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने सभी नागरिकों से अपील की है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा रिश्वत की पेशकश की जाती है या रिश्वत के लेन-देन और मतदाताओं को डराने/धमकाने के बारे में कोई जानकारी प्राप्त होती है, तो वे जिला नियंत्रण कक्ष के दूरभाष नंबरों पर शिकायत दर्ज कराएं:

Under Assembly Elections 2024, according to Section 171-B of the Indian Penal Code, any person who offers or accepts any cash or goods to induce someone to exercise their electoral rights in a certain way is punishable with imprisonment of up to one year, or a fine, or both. Additionally, under Section 171-C of the Indian Penal Code, any person who threatens to cause harm to a candidate or any other person to influence an election is punishable with imprisonment of up to one year, a fine, or both. Special flying squads have been formed to register cases against both bribe-givers and receivers, as well as those involved in intimidating voters.

नई दिल्ली:18वीं लोकसभा का शीतकालीन सत्र 25 नवंबर से शुरू हो रहा है. यह सत्र 20 दिसंबर तक चलेगा. संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने मंगलवार को इसकी जानकारी दी. संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र के दौरान वन नेशन-वन इलेक्शन और वक्फ विधेयक समेत कई बिल पेश होने की उम्मीद है. 

मोदी कैबिनेट ने इन दोनों के प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दे दी है. इसके साथ ही जम्मू-कश्मीर को पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा देने का प्रस्ताव भी पास किया जा सकता है. राज्य में हाल ही में 10 साल बाद विधानसभा के चुनाव हुए हैं. इन दोनों बिल पर विपक्ष ने तीखा रुख अख्तियार किया था. लिहाजा संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र के हंगामेदार होने की उम्मीद है. वहीं, संविधान की 75वीं सालगिरह यानी 26 नवंबर को संसद भवन के सेंट्रल हॉल में संसद का संयुक्त सत्र आयोजित किया जा सकता है

Winter Session of Parliament to Begin from November 25 to December 20

New Delhi: The winter session of the 18th Lok Sabha will begin on November 25 and conclude on December 20. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju announced this on Tuesday.
