दीपावली और बंदना पर्व: महालिमोरू में लोगों ने मनाया हर्षोल्लास से

सरायकेला प्रखण्ड अंतर्गत महालिमोरूप व आस पास के गांवों में लोगों ने हर्षोल्लास के साथ प्रकाशोत्सव दीपावली का त्योहार मनाया । 

यहां के लोगों ने अपने घरों की साफ सफाई और सजावट के साथ साथ रंग रंगाई भी की। दीयों और बिजली के रंग बिरंगे लाइटों से घरों को जगमगाया गया । महिलाओं ने रंगोली बनाकर अपने घर के आंगन को सजाया ,जबकि बच्चों ने पटाखे फोड़कर खूब मस्ती की।  दीवाली के अवसर पर लोगों ने लक्ष्मी गणेश की पूजा अर्चना की। इससे पूर्व धनतेरस पर लोगों ने घरगृहस्थी सामग्रियां आदि का जमकर खरीददारी की।लोगों ने अपने घरों में विभिन्न व्यंजन बनाए और उसका लुप्त उठाया। लोगों को एक दूसरे को दीवाली की शुभकामनाएं देते देखा गया। 

यहां के किसानों ने दीवाली को बंदना पर्व के रूप में मनाया l यह झारखंड का प्राकृतिक पर्व है। इस पर्व के दौरान किसान कृषि यंत्रों की पूजा की और पशुधन गाय बैल आदि को धान का मुकुट पहनाकर आरती की। इसके साथ साथ किसानों ने मादर की थाप पर गाय बैल को नचाने का प्रयास किया जो खतरों से खाली नहीं रहा। यह समाचार लिखे जाने तक कोई भी अप्रिय घटना की जानकारी नहीं है।

फलतः इस त्यौहार में सभी समुदाय के बच्चे से लेकर बड़े लोगों ने फुलइंजॉय किया।

Mahalimoru Residents Celebrate Diwali and Bandna Parv with Joy

In Mahalimoru and surrounding villages under Seraikela district, people celebrated Diwali, the festival of lights, with great enthusiasm. Residents thoroughly cleaned and decorated their homes, adding vibrant colors to their surroundings. Homes were illuminated with diyas and colorful electric lights, creating a mesmerizing ambiance.

Women created intricate rangolis in their courtyards, while children burst crackers and revelled in the festive spirit. People worshipped Lakshmi and Ganesha, seeking prosperity and good fortune.

Prior to Diwali, residents indulged in extensive shopping for household items on Dhanteras. Traditional delicacies were prepared and savored in every household. People exchanged warm Diwali greetings, fostering a sense of community.

In a unique tradition, local farmers celebrated Diwali as Bandna Parv, a natural festival of Jharkhand. They worshipped agricultural tools and offered prayers to their cattle, adorning them with rice garlands. Farmers also attempted to make their oxen dance to the rhythmic beats of Madar's Thap, a daring display.

Fortunately, no unpleasant incidents were reported during the celebrations. As a result, people from all communities, young and old, fully enjoyed the festive spirit.
