रांची में नाबालिग से यौन शोषण: आरोपी ने नवजात को दफनाया, डीएनए टेस्ट के लिए कब्र से निकाला गया

रांची के चान्हो थाना क्षेत्र में एक बच्चे को कब्र से निकाल कर पुलिस द्वारा DNA टेस्ट कराने का मामला सामने आया है। दरअसल एक नाबालिग लड़की ने मंगलवार को मृत नवजात को जन्म दिया। बताया जा रहा है कि आरोपी सधनू महली ने शादी का झांसा देकर नाबालिग का यौन शोषण किया और उसे गर्भवती कर दिया। जब नाबालिग ने मंगलवार को एक मृत नवजात को जन्म दिया, तो आरोपी ने बच्चे को दफना दिया। वहीं आरोपी ने नाबालिग से शादी करने से भी इनकार कर दिया। 

इसके बाद पीड़िता के परिजनों ने चान्हो थाना में पॉक्सो एक्ट के तहत सधनू के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई। पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया है। थानेदार चंदन कुमार गुप्ता ने बताया कि आरोपी के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की गई है और नवजात का DNA टेस्ट कराना जरूरी है ताकि आरोपी मुकर न सके।

"A shocking case has emerged in Ranchi's Chanho police station area, where a minor girl gave birth to a stillborn child on Tuesday. Allegedly, the accused, Sadhanu Mahali, had sexually exploited the minor by promising marriage and impregnated her. After the minor gave birth to the stillborn child, the accused buried the body and refused to marry the minor.

Following this, the victim's family filed a complaint against Sadhanu under the POCSO Act at Chanho police station. The police arrested the accused and sent him to jail. Officer-in-charge Chandan Kumar Gupta stated that action has been taken against the accused and a DNA test of the newborn is necessary to prevent the accused from denying the crime."
