झारखंड में महिलाओं और बच्चों के खिलाफ अपराध पर हाईकोर्ट की सख्त टिप्पणी

 झारखंड हाईकोर्ट ने राज्य में महिलाओं और बच्चों के यौन उत्पीड़न के बढ़ते मामलों पर रोक की मांग को लेकर दायर जनहित याचिका पर बुधवार को सुनवाई करते हुए राज्य सरकार के अफसरों को इस दिशा में सख्त और कारगर कदम उठाने का निर्देश दिया है.

 सुनवाई के दौरान राज्य के गृह नगर विकास सचिव, बाल कल्याण और महिला विकास विभाग के सचिव, रांची के डीसी, एसएसपी और नगर आयुक्त सशरीर उपस्थित रहें.

"The Jharkhand High Court, hearing a public interest litigation seeking action against rising cases of sexual abuse of women and children, directed state government officials to take stringent and effective measures.

 During the hearing, top officials including Home Secretary, Urban Development Secretary, Secretaries of Child Welfare and Women Development departments, Ranchi DC, SSP, and Municipal Commissioner were present."
